Have you ever seen a ghost before? I've had one annoying me for a long time, and have sensed/dealt with some before, but I only seen one. It was weird, it was like red and translucent, and humanoid shaped, and like really tall (like 7ft tall) and without a head. I only saw it for like a second out of the corner of my eye, but when I turned back, it was gone.
My friend has seen it too. It's not as scary as you'd think, just creepy. Only time I ever been afraid of a ghost was the one time Vilex and someone else were trying to get rid of a ghost plagueing him. He was seeing things and sensing some bad stuff, and when I tried to help him get rid of it, I felt this horrible chill go down my spine, then got this sensation of something watching me with this really eerie feeling in the bottom of my chest. It was weird.
I normally try and look at things logically, and realistically, but some of this super-natural stuff seems legit to me.

You've never had any kind of super natural experience before? I don't know, you can believe what you want, but it's different if you've actually seen and felt this stuff. I never thought much of it for a long time myself, but I'm telling ya, nothing changes your mind like some first-hand experience.
I'm not gonna go form the next ghost busters or anything, but I do believe that there's more to the world than we see.

EDIT (Replying to Swim)
Unusual experience or revelations prove otherwise.
It is so real to the one who experienced it, something like that he or she cannot deny.
There is a balance for everything.

That sux. Usually I just say screw it and ignore it and not make a big deal. Then it doesn't happen ever again.
So this is how I do things 1. Something is wierd 2. I stare at the thing for about 3 seconds 3. I think thoughts like "The #&%@?" 4. I say "Screw this" 5. I get back to what I was doing
Thats my remedy
And I say that ghosts and spirits is a load of BS

Just start listening to some badass music like Amon Amarth. Guaranteed to end bouts of scaredness.

I think the scare is already over by now. Suprema can't be traumatised by a small event like this. But if he insists, he can go and find out the answer on his own. Whoever knocks the door will get it open anyway.

I've never really had a supernatural experience... or maybe I did...
Something like this happened once. My friend was at my house once, and we were home alone, and we both got hungry. We went downstairs to get a snack, and then I started feeling like I was being watched(A really BIG feeling). After a few moments of just standing there, I decided to try and tell him about it, but right before I opened my mouth, he asked me "Hey, do you feel like you're being watched?"
It was creepy as hell, and there was nobody around. Just a creepy cat porcelain that was sitting on the fireplace, but that had been there for years.
And regarding anything falling over, my broken DS was sitting on a box on my drawers, which it had been doing for months, untouched, when it suddenly fell down. I freaked out for a moment.
