These are the rules for the Zero Virus Forum. Please read over them carefully, and if you have any questions, please PM a staff member.
- No Spamming. SPAM = Stupid, Pointless, Annoying Messages. Things like "cool" and "hi". There are rare exceptions to this in the Pointless Thread, but please use discretion.
- No Flooding. Flooding is excessively posting in the forum over a short period of time, including, but not limited to, posting just to raise your post count.
- No double-posting. If you made a mistake on your post, you simply use the modify button at the upper-right corner of your post. The only exception to this rule is if you are updating a thread of fanworks, which include art, sprites, fanfics, etc. Still, refrain from triple or quadruple posting.
- No Flaming. Flaming the act of engaging in hostile behavior with the intention of offending someone, or fighting other members. Be kind and courteous to your fellow Zero Virus members. People who break this rule will face dire consequences.
- Do not claim other people's work as your own. Be it drawings, or sprites, it's theft, and the Zero Virus administration has a Zero Tolerance policy towards such cases. If you steal other peoples works, you will be banned.
- Reviving old threads. Threads without new posts for more than approximately two months are considered dead. Please do not post in dead threads unless you have something important and relevant to the topic to say, or you are updating a fanworks thread.
- Respect other people's privacy. And don't reveal other people's secrets / personal affairs on the forum.
- No using strong language. Children visit these boards. People who have to be repeatedly warned about their language will be punished.
- No posting pornographic material. This includes pictures and text. People violating this rule will be banned. Artistic nudity will be permitted, but no hentai.
- No posting images or text that break the page. It's very irritating to have to read a page that's been stretched, so post links to images that are too big. This includes signature images as well. If you do post an image that breaks the page, and do not replace it with a link, Zero Virus administration may remove your image entirely, and you will receive a warning.
- Avatar size limits are 150x200 pixels. Please resize your avatars to fit within this limit before posting them here. Some people simply post random images and hope the forum will automatically resize them, but it doesn't always do so. As such, some avatars load extremely large, and thus break the page. If your avatar is not resized, and results in breaking the page, Zero Virus administration may remove your avatar, and you will receive a warning.
