Just found out some news you should read incase you were thinking about getting vaccinated for H1N1 for some reason... It seems reports have come in that the vaccine could cause Guillian-Barre Syndrome... a nerve disorder that, according to Wikipedia, is one of the leading causes of non-trauma-induced paralysis in the world. Sure, the chances of this are rare. But think about it, would you want to risk getting paralyzed to prevent a virus that is probably not going to kill you? source.

IN addition to that, don't get the nasal injection. If you sneeze your increasing the chance of spreading the virus. My friends mom is a nurse and she told me so

There are a few old vaccines that do that. My neighbor can't walk forwards or he'll seize and twitch. He walks his dogs backwards :x
