So, I'm assuming we're all going to be getting this?
When is this game coming out again? Diamond and Pearl literally came out of nowhere for me. Saw it on tv one day and was like "what? They're making another pokemon?"

I could be mistaken, but I believe they're supposed to come out in September or sometime in Fall of 2010 for Japan. We probably won't see it till next summer or so.
Also, in case anyone missed it: Triple Battles.
Center Pokemon can target all three opponents, while the ones to the right and left can only target the the center and the one on the corresponding side.
If the center Pokemon uses an attack that hits every Pokemon on the field, it will be very strong. Not sure if that just means it's hitting everything or if it actually gets a power boost.
There will be a way to change positions of Pokemon during battle.
Also, the will be new abilities that let you dodge AoE attacks from team mates.

So Black and White have been out for a while now, and here's my verdict:
Awesome. Best installment in the series since Gold and Silver. Lots of new Pokemon that I like, new battle styles, and lots of little things that add up to make the experience way better. Faster battle animations/HP bars, animated sprites, 3-D environments that don't look crappy... Even the itemfinder has been vastly improved.
Take all that, add in the improved storyline, and you have a very solid Pokemon title.

Help me out guys.
We are doing a league in our city, and I was asked to be the bug guy. yay all cool. Whatever. The only person I care about beating, is the dragon guy. He's a guy thingyy jerk and he is going to use a team of uber rape
Garcomp Rayquaza Latios The new Fire Dragon one Salamance Flygon
I have no idea how I could beat him. If I had the water gym I know I could end him, but with these? Im growing annoyed with finding a way to win.

You're definately in a tight spot on this one. There aren't any bug Pokemon that can learn ice or dragon moves, which means you'll have to get creative.
Garchomp and Flygon are both Dragon/Ground. Bug/Grass will probably be your best bet here, since the only Bug/Water is Surskit.
--Leavanny is decently fast and strong, but you'll have to watch out for Fire Fang from Garchomp. Equip it with a Crit+ item, use Leaf Blade, and hope for the best. --Scyther could also work work, using a STAB attack like X-Scissor with a Crit+ Item.
Rayquaza and Salamence are Dragon/Flying. This is a little easier to deal with, even if one's a legendary and there other's an uber.
--Pinsir has crazy attack and can learn Stone Edge. --Heracross is also strong, and can learn Rock Slide. --Armaldo has high attack and defense, gets STAB on Rock Slide and Stone Edge, and you can teach it Rock Polish to overcome its low speed. --Yanmega has okay SpAttk and Speed, and Ancient Power is an okay move. Probably not your best bet, though. --Crustle has great Defense. He'd probably make a good tank if you need an extra turn. Stealth Rock can help a lot here, since it's not likely that any of his team can learn Rapid Spin or the like. Crustle also learns Rock Wrecker, the Rock-type equivalent of Hyper Beam. --Durant is Bug/Steel, so he resists Dragon and Flying, but is double weak to Fire. Pretty good Attack, Defense, and Speed, with a decent movepool for dealing with Flying types.
Lots of possibilities for this one, take your pick.
Latios is Dragon/Psychic. Bug and Dark are super effective against Psychic, so this one shouldn't be too hard to deal with. X-Scissor from a Scyther, Scizor, or something along those lines should get the job done.
Reshiram is Dragon/Fire. Earthquake will be your best friend, most likely.
--Armaldo and Crustle will be neutral against fire, which is good, but neither has great Sp Def. They both get Earthquake, so if they survive to use it, you should be peachy.
--Volcarona has great SpAttk, and good SpDef and Speed, but you'll have to rely on STAB Bug attacks, most likely, since it doesn't get any Ground moves.
EDIT: This will definately be a tough win. He's got 3 Legendaries and 2 Ubers. We can't get the new Bug Legendary yet, so it's not really anywhere close to a fair matchup. But with a good strategy and some luck, you could pull it off.

Thank you man! I've been thinking hard on it and I have a team with some strategy in mind, partly what you had. I'll list off what I think.
Forrtress Stealth ROck TOxic Spikes Rapid Spin Explosion
As you can guess, stealth rock, if I can live again, rapid spin to rid his stealth rock (if he's smart enough to use it) and toxic spikes IF I have the chance. Odds are I'll just Stealth Rock and Explode.
Scyther Bug Bite Ariel Ace Swords Dance Roost
With technition as his ability, Bug Bite and Ariel Ace go up to 90 base damage, then get STAB. So bug bite becomes better than X-scissor, and Ariel Ace just rocks. Swords Dance if I can to up my attack and Roost to heal, and rid myself of some weaknesses
Heracross Close Combat Megahorn Earthquake Facade
Give him a toxic orb to automaticly poison him. This will activate his Guts ability making all attacks base 1.5. From there, use what I can to win. Facade goes up the 120 for being doubled due to poison, then gets the 1.5 bonus. Powerful.
Galvantula Thunder Hyperbeam Energy Ball Bug Buzz
Choice scarf him to up his speed. With compound eyes, Thunder is over 100 accuracy. Sweep with what I can. Thought about using balloon and changing the moves up to have volt switch and some other move.
Ninjask Substitute Baton Pass Swords Dance X_scissor
The idea here is to substitute right away. Odds are I will be faster. With his ability his speed will raise each turn. Swords dance while the substitute is up, then when it has one shot left, baton pass out to a physical attack (Most likely heracross or Scyther). This way, I can boost up a bug safely.
Volcarona BUtterfly dance Flame Thrower Bug Buzz Substitute
hide behind a sub and butterfly dance my stats up, then try to sweep with bug buzz or flame thrower. Not sure of my idem.
I was thinking of putting in Scizzor or Durant in there somewhere. Wiht them though, they hold a major flaw I dislike. Scizzor has bad speed, durant has bad HP.
I appreciate that your giving this some attention, and please let me know what you think of my set up

Looks pretty good, but you don't really have anything to deal with the Flying types, and Salamence will need to die as fast you can possibly kill it.
Someone suggested to me last night that you get a Galvantula whose Hidden Power is ice type. I never thought about that before.
'Course, if we had access to Genesect you just teach it Ice Beam and wipe 4 of his Pokemon with ease.

Tell me about it. Genesect it the only thing I think that can rival his stat wise. Stealth Rock will help me out, because I know he doesn't use that move. What I can do though, is find out who all can learn Stone Edge or Rock Slide and add that into them as TM now last forever. I might just get rid of Ninjask and use Scizzor or Scoliopede.
Also, I like that hidden power idea

Yeah. I dunno how you'd get him. Probably have to ask for one on a Pokemon forum or something.

How did this go by the way Vile? And would anyone be interested in forming Gym Leader esque teams here? Could be a new twist for the Carnival or something, do gym battles against one another. I'm sure I could make a cool team with grass, water, ground or dark types.
