Since this is now a feature, I feel like we should have a dedicated place to post and archive some of our own replays. So feel free to link any of your uploaded replays to this thread for others to enjoy all in one place.
Now here's Ed farting himself to death. Because it amuses me.

Just to formally announce it, I will be streaming Mega Man X, X2, and X3 later today around 5pm EST on my twitch channel. Everyone seemed to really enjoy the Mega-Marathon last year, it had a much bigger turn out than I expected, so I hope everyone has time to swing by and check out me doing what I do best, wrecking everything. Admittedly I know the MMX games far better than I do the classic series, so there should be less fumbling and dying on my end, and more death and destruction for the Mavericks. As usual, all discussion will be held in the ZV chat, not the twitch channel, so I hope to see everyone there! Xero Bloodline's Twitch Channel

The point behind the "mixture" option would solve that, Nick. Let's say Nightmare and I fight in round 1, and the winner would have to fight you. Nightmare and I could battle on either the Wii U or 3DS since we both have both versions, and then the winner of the battle could easily battle you to accommodate you only having the 3DS version. It does complicate things a little, but at the same time it makes the tournament accessable to more people, since there are several of us who have both versions. But again, if enough people are interested in holding both tournaments we may be willing to give that a shot.
To Swim, the plan was to do this all Saturday as mentioned in the Facebook post (sorry I forgot to post it here) but if we can't generate enough interest for people to get together on one day that may be an option. Keep discussing it, so will the staff, and we'll have a final decision before this weekend.

For ZV's upcoming 12th Anniversary, we would like to hold a Super Smash Bros Tournament. However, we'd like a little input as to what kind of tourney you guys would like to see this year. We know some people do not have the game for both Wii U and 3DS, but we would like the opportunity to accommodate everyone who wishes to participate. Which is why we're asking you to vote for what kind of tourney you would like to see this year. Here are the available options; - Super Smash Bros for Wii U - An online tournament featuring only the Wii U version.
- Super Smash Bros for 3DS - An online tournament featuring only the 3DS version.
- Separate Tourneys for Wii U and 3DS - Hosting separate online tournaments for both Wii U and 3DS versions.
- Single Tourney featuring both Wii U and 3DS - Hosting one tournament where players choose which version to play, Wii U or 3DS, to help accommodate those who only have one version of the game.
We will be using this poll and the Smash Bros Tourney sign up thread featured here to gauge interest in this year's tournament. The mixture idea would be most idea for time constraints, but if enough people are interested in separate tournament we will gladly find the time to let us all battle it out in one of ZV's favorite games. Thanks for all your input, and hope to see you all this weekend for ZV's 12 Anniversary!

Short version, putting out feelers to see if anyone's interested in seeing me finish the classic MM series this Friday. I've got games 5 through 8 to finish, and I'll probably start a little earlier than I did last time so I'm not finishing up around 2am again. Anyway, if you guys are interested lemme know, I'm gonna shoot for this Friday, July 11th.

Since we have plenty of festivities planned for Saturday, I've decided we need a little pre-birthday kick-off for Friday. So I'm going to attempt something that's been done a hundred times before by a thousand other people for no apparent reason. Starting Friday afternoon at approximately 5:00pm EST I will marathon the original Mega Man series, starting with Mega Man 1 and going as far as I can! I will be broadcasting this marathon on my twitch channel for everyone's viewing pleasure. It only seems appropriate since we started as a Mega Man-based forum, and since the Blue Bomber has been getting some much needed recognition lately. This seems like a good way to pay homage to not only our roots, but one of the greatest video game icons of all time, and one of my personal favorites. Xero Bloodline's Twitch ChannelClick the link above on Friday, June 20th beginning at approx. 5:00pm EST to tune in and watch The Legend Himself defeat the evil Dr. Wily once and for all! ...Possibly seven or eight times!

There's one about an hour away from me with the demo. If I can find someone to go with me I'm definitely going.

Well in past Punch Out games your super meter was filled by landing punches and decreased as you were hit. I would assume it works on a similar premise as that. So you would have to land several successful hits without taking damage to earn this one-hit KO. I think it's an interesting game mechanic that should be fairly easy to implement without breaking the character.
