well these are just random pics, generally done @ school etc, some at home. at the mo it's just these 2 imma post 1st, is this one. it's incomplete and ive jus started drawin todai. i call it "Devils & Angels" because of the way the characters look. i kinda liek how it turned out, especially the girl, since ive never been gooed at drawing women. well judge for yourselves.  ... ... ... .............. ................. ...................... okay so i lied... only one todai, cas i don't wanna show the other one... its the wrong file... meh (and yes those "...." 's were necessary <insert mod/admin/smartass here> .... its my thread ..... b!tch) the only other thing i will say is either: leave a comment (eg. "omfg i love you for that, here have my monies!!!") or a PROPER rate (eg. a decent size, no 1 liners) for all my stuff.... well that's all |

Actually, the art is rather unique. At least you aren't one of those few many idiots sadly attempting anime. Your art has a nice feel to it. I've never been good at drawing pants, so the guy's is actually pretty good.
And as for the woman--it's alright.
Why is it so damn hard to draw a woman? That's a question God doesn't even know...

haha thanks... and actually.. that's effectively my attempt at anime o.0....
lol its all goed, yah... basically, i tried drawin anime and failed.. so i mixed the good bits of it (eg. the bases of the character models (stick/ball people) and planning) with my "unique" style... well... it worked i guess...
it'll look better in colour and when the others are drawn:
+cowboy lookin dude with a gun & spikes on arm - centre
+nightcrawler-esque dude on balcony
+guy on floor playin gameboy who will probs have horns
+hopefully some others

What I meant is you have your own, unique way of drawing anime. Everyone does. And what I meant is your not one of the babbling idiots who tries to mimic the artwork of someone else. At least, from what I see, that's the case.

haha, yeah thats one way of lookin at it....
and i would say its worth mimicing someone else.
art is about expression & creativity. copying is not creative. thats wiy i think it is impossible to teach art, and therefore the subject is a stupid one (And dont do it)

Nice Alter, I finally get to see some of your stuff man. Matter of fact, I think it's a lil easier drawing girls, cause they have all those curves that guys don't have. I think it's easier translating those curves to paper. Good job man keep em comin.
