Some parts are lighter than others, it makes it hard to identify detail, and his head looks incomplete.

oh yea, I can definately see lots of improvement. they dont always look better, but ur detail, like the hands are getting more realistic muscle detail, getting way better

The face and pose is pretty good, though his arms remind me of a wrinkled pickle. Those lines should curve more.

The shading on the feet are off, and the contrast isn't so good. If you're trying to do cell shading with two shades like that you have to create precise shapes, so its better to use more shades. But I understand since you said it was a quick job, so I look foward to your future work.
