Looks kinda fine to me, that body porportion and all that detail.
Nothing to complain, but I do wonder .. is his waist ... fat?

Actually I just wanted to draw a girl with half of her head exposed.
I think the head may look too foward because of the way I drew the neck.

Haha. True. The neck usually starts at the same line where your eyes are. It's just a practice, so keep it up. Might want more physical beauty too.
