SNK-Playmore made SNK vs. Capcom: Chaos. It was their choice to put in Zero. I think Capcom just gave them designs and some voices.

but wasnt he awesome in Chaos...he looks sweet, and mega man and crew also appeared in the Marvel vs Capcom series which was really great. what ever happened to Marvel vs Capcom 3?
