The dragon has a special pouch on their stomache that makes the food they eat go through a second digestive stage that breaks down food into methane witch they can acces at any time, then it goes out the mouth and there is an organ on the roof of the mouth that makes sparks when methane hits it, and the sparks light the gas and it flys out.

Godzilla is a dinosaur...he doesnt have the body structure of a dragon, and rellik is right, too.

Dragons usually have 2, but types like Eastern Imperial and Tibetan Lungs, or Amphiteres, have as many as 4 or 6. Dragons Kick Ass!
