EDIT: Just a quick edit to say I should have a few more up tomorrow. ;p Silver's human form, FINALLY happy with how it came out. No more wings, they look awkward. Welcome back.
Interestign display of dragon's human form, kinda resembles Horo from Spice and Wolf. Be sure to not make the tail too long, or else she can't associate in society. ... eh, that was a side advice.
I think there's a small problem with Enfurnus. I think his wings are almost completely attached to his body. Similarly goes for the dragon form re-design.
Celestrus is also nice. I find no problems.

Now that you mention it, I guess the wings being attached like that would make flight kinda awkward. Though drawing them like that may have just been a mistake, or I'm not seeing it right.
Regardless, all the pictures are beautiful. Human Silver looks really cute, contrast to her ferocious dragon form. XD
Enfurnus looks really awesome too. Though I imagine all those scars would make him a pain in the ass to draw, though you seem to enjoy it. To each his own I suppose. And Celestrus has no wings? Never knew much about Celestrus other than he's a badass with an eyepatch, so that struck me as a bit odd. I bet you got a really cool story behind that or something though.
Anyways, nice work. Can't wait to see more.

Thanks  Yeah, those were just quickie sketches, but on most dragons, wings connect far down the tail to catch the wind. I rather like how that looks in flight perspective, so most of my chars have wings like that. Though when doing something fast, they're a pain to draw folded. NMMZ, lol. Yeah, did that on purpose xP Kinda funny and at the same time confusing  You should see the doodle I have of her in her other form, lol >.> I'll get that scanned soon. Yep, Enfurnus IS a pain to draw, but his design is just fun xD Love doing his shaggy fur. Celestrus isn't full dragon, actually he isn't really one at all, most people just assume so, so I go with it <.< Yep, his story is insane. xP EDIT: A bajillion random doodles of my character on horizons. Yes, I have a skull face >.> Tis a mask. You really have gotten a lot better, Silver. Although, I think I liked Enfurnus's previous design a bit more. Celestrus is cooltastic. So is that last one. And to all you who mentioned the wings, if you really think about, they're more effective that way. More surface area = easier to glide. Easier to glide = longer flights, etc. While I typically prefer the looks of non-attached wings, these are probably more practical. |

If those wings are drawn like that, that would actually mean the dragon is unable to fly. Birds and other flight creatures have little attached body parts to their wings - hence the greater workload autonomy and ability to maintain oneself in the air.
New update - creatively it's no different from the rest and it's still awesome. But I think the anatomy of the wings here is correct. I see no problems.

Well, if the wings are like that, they'd be great for gliding, but wouldn't be very maneuverable as far as flapping goes, so actual flight might be slightly restricted.
Though I'm no expert, and it doesn't really matter. Those doodles looked real nice. Can't wait to see more.

HI ZTRL!!!! I could never be better than you lol. Yes, I do take requests, but I don't draw anything that looks remotely human, because that USUALLY comes out bad. Dragon wings are made more for gliding. They don't need to flap much to stay aloft due to the huge wingspan ;p My horizons char, in "biped"/khutit form. Had a lot of fun with this one, was a big challenge, too. Had to capture femine reptiallian-ness..was a darn pain. Silver reminds me of that Dragon Half manga for some reason. But Silver is like a counterpart of Dragon Half.
Eh ... dragon and femaleness pose equals no no. The only thing I liked is the dragon face.
But the second pic is most definitely awesomelicious.

You seem to like monsters and your drawings of humans are messy.

My name is the Dr Fann, not just 'fan'. Hmm ... what we have here? It's an anatomical improvement, but the tail is a little unorthodox. Perhaps a change is for the better? A thin end becomes something like a suckling mouth. I propose you try drawing a more refined version of this creature.  Naja haja, the Eygptian cobra. |
