I just thought of one: Not to eat so much damn junkfood, i just got the biggest chest pain as i was writing this and it scared the sh*t outta me, i thought my heart was gonna stop or sumtin... Thats not a resolution for me. Thats just something I have to do, or my coach will make practice hell. And its pretty hard on the "easy" days. |

Man, your lucky for having sumtin to restrain u from eating, if i had sumtin that restrained me (i used to) i wouldnt eat so much crap. The thing is, im still in perfect shape, im not fat at all, but i can imagine by the time im 40, when my metabolism slows down...  |
