thats an awesome sheet man. i mean the kick pose i dont like, but the sword poses are jus so awesome and original i think. however im not really diging the wings.. just dont suit him imo

Nice, I really like the hyper slash thing you made. The shading of the slash on the second one looks original in my opinion. Though, I dont really think you need that small dark shade at the end of the slash trail.

the left (our right) arm is too far away from the rest of the body and looks kinda skinny, makes it look like it was taped on. That same arm looks alot longer than the other arm to me as well.

The sprites look great. Wait, they ARE great. However, there is one big minus to your sheets: the background colour. GOD, the loathesome background colour. Bright pink is just not it. Then you better take white.

I don't think the background color matters as long as it's not the color of anything on the sprite...
But I really like Cyborg, and I gotta agree with MOX on the Hypershalsh.
As for Julius, very nice work, but maybe the muscles are too deeply shaded at some parts? Or maybe that's just me. But his arm does come out a little far. Other than that, it looks about parfect (oh, and I love the sword)

I think the way he drew/shaded the abs makes him look a bit anorexic. The arm thing is not TOO bad, but it could be moved a little like what Net said. Other than that, I like it a lot.
