for what to add the visor or the animation
for the visor i had to do each one by it's self on MS Paint
for the animation i used Ulead GIF Animator 5 which I have (for 15 days) from Download.com

I hate to sound over critical, but I'd go for somethin a little more original, even if you are just starting out. All you basically did was take Tony's sheet and make the booblights blue instead of red, and I won't even comment on the shades. Except for that little twinkle thing in your exit teleport looks vaguely famaliar, if you catch my drift. Looks to me like you've browsed around and done a little homework. But I'd try for somethin newer than a Zero recolor. There's plenty of good spriters around here, so don't be afraid to try making some custom designs. We'll help you get a good looking Chaos sprite in no time.

yes, what xero said ;D. yeah i wasnt positive if he took tonys sheet, but the colors look exactly the same, so i didnt want to jump to conclusions... recolors sucks, i hate recolors, i think everybody knows my theory about recolors, try some custom edits, and poses. That sheet is very original, i mean come on... thats pathetic... -_-.

:'(i like the re-color, and Tony didn't care if i used it, as long as i don't take the attack names...and i can't make custom sprites....

Chaos, I can't make custom sprites either. You just need to edit more. You took Zero and you gave him shades, that's a start.
Now, start changing things. Get rid of the chest lights and put something else there, like a decal of some sort. Change the design of the shoulder pads, give him cooler looking gauntlets. Remove the knee spikes and give him something else there.
Editing a sprite is just as good.

still, Recolor it yourself, you have to learn to do this stuff on your own if you want to be a GOOD spriter... What paragon said is what you need to do, unless its to high of a level acheivement for you?

A nifty design.
Ever seen those cars with flames snaking across the front of it along the sides? That's a decal..

Yes, but... A: I've been around long enough its a definitive look, everybody knows who I am. B: I've been working on a new armor for a while anyway, but I haven't had much time for spriting lately.

And, just to add things to the list, he has a non-armor form and he actually recolor it himself and change most of its color so that it doesn't look very "zero-ish"

I know alot of people don't care bout me re-color, but, I'm proud of it and really like it. Anyway, I added somemore things to it. Credit to NightShade for makeing the one cannon blast (the purple one) and also to Project Atom Credit to Xero for the little twinkel in his visor when he teleports in and out. And everything else i added is from Sprites Inc. there other character's moves, but i edited them so its Chaos using them.

Where's my credit? They're NightShade's sprites, the beams yes, but the specific looking beams you're using came off my sheet.
