Okay, the name Overdrive suits him. Except for the overly-growling.

A note for comicing purposes, Jomega. If you're gonna use that sprite MMZ sprite with his back turned alot, put some hair on it. It doesn't make much sense if he has hair in every other frame, then suddenly no hair when he turns around.
As far as Overdrive, you took a MMStarforce sprite's head and put it on a MMZ body. Its an editing start, I suppose. I recommend editing the basic design of the head so its not as easily recognizable, then work on the body. Even if you start by simply removing the yellow part on its chest, that's one small step to making it look like more than a frankensteined recolor. You don't have to overhaul the sprite in one step, just edit it all one piece at a time, and soon enough you'll have a whole new, original sprite.

One question, where did you get the blast Overdrive used on Storm Eagle? That looks like a water based attack, something I've been hunting for for awhile.

But then you should remove them from the other poses...... it makes no sense to just discard them.

That actually looks really cool. I dunno about what anyone else thinks, but despite the simplicity, I really like it. The simplicity seems to give it a nice feel.
My only complaint is that the shape of the shoulder pads seem inconsistent between many of the poses.
All problems aside, very nice work.

Looking good, but I agree with Nightmare on the shoulders.

The shoulder Pads are on the shouders... Just not the sam direction on them,... I really didn't want to add The Shoulder's, but it would look kinda gay with out them...

Well, all you really need to do is some editing to the shoulders in certain poses and it'll look pretty good...... oddly enough, I still think X4-6 sprites are harder to customize than MMZ/ZX sprites.
