Either it's:
A. He doesn't have a animator or
B. He sucks at animating.
If it's the A, go to google and search up Microsoft GIF Animator. I've learned how to control the speeds on mine so that makes it a good animator. If it's B, then...well just keep trying =/

Yeah. Which sucks for people with just paint. *points at self* But people with photoshop, paintshoppro, or something fancy like that, it's irrelevent (don't matter).

Doesn't it have a selection tool like in paint? And I think I heard someone say that there's a gif animater called image ready that comes with phototshop.
