Due to some confusion/conflicting opinions, we've had some issues while RPing as the IZV. You guys can all keep your seperate opinions as to who your individual IZV are, what they're capable of, and whatever backstories you want... But for consistency, and the ability to effectively RP together as the organization, Random and I have written this explination of the IZV, which from here on out, will be the only IZV related information canon in the ZV Roleplays. (Though it may be late, as the IZV Arc in the main RP just ended, but this is for future reference I guess.)
The main focus should be the origins of the IZV, as that seems to be where a lot of the confusion is coming from. The rest is a plot summary for the IZV Arc in the main RP.
Anyhow, enjoy.
An Organization known as the IZV... Named after an ancient group of satanic moon worshippers (Inzev Zel Vex), the IZV are commanded by a man with God-Like power, Xistar, and reside in a dark world called "The Abyss."
The Abyss is a dark world. It exists parallel to our own, as a dark reflection. While our world is bright, and full of life, The Abyss is dark, and full of death. It's a world where the skies are always dark, thick purple smogs pollute the air. The lakes are thick and dark, and oftenly bubbling and acidic. Dead bodies are a normal sight, and as such, the air always smells of rotting flesh.
As such, the people that exist in The Abyss, are dark reflections of the people of our world. Every being born in The Abyss, is born from the existance of someone in our own world. The stronger the darkness in their hearts, the stronger their counterpart in The Abyss is.
Xistar... A man parallel to Trias of our world. Trias has endured countless heartbreaks, and witnessed the slaughter of his loved ones, and undergone mind pressing torture... As such, Xistar grew to be very powerful.
As Trias' body underwent changes, the Chi in his body mutating into something else, so did changes happen in Xistar.. He, however, changed differently. Instead of his Chi changing shape, it changed into multiple different things, and multiplied, supplying him with a wealthy supply of powers.
Xistar strengthened his abilities, forging them into great power, and learning to control the shape of his weapon, being able to change it into a great variety of weapons, and eventually, elevating him to the status of a God among the inhabitants of The Abyss.
Eventually, Xistar established the IZV, which recruited inhabitants of The Abyss into an army that served him. Because of his strength, a great deal willingly followed him.
Among his strongest officers, he blessed them with his own power... The strongest members of the IZV were granted power by Xistar. As part of this agreement, each officer was granted power over one of Xistar's special abilities, and one of his weapons.
However, in making this agreement, you bind yourself to Xistar. This means you surrender your own strength, to gain access to a piece of Xistar's power. You're also bound to him, by a chain he wears around his neck. Each time a new member makes this pact with Xistar, another link appears on the chain, to represent them. As such, betraying Xistar, would result in him breaking your link on his chain, this either sapping your powers, leaving you defenseless, or in most cases, simply death.
Xistar before long became the "God" of The Abyss, so to speak. He had many strong officers whom he'd granted his power to, most notably, Marxineght, who was the parallel to Nightmare. Marxineght was granted Xistars power over flames, and his axe.
As Xistar established a base of operations for the IZV in The Abyss, he began using his ability to create portals (a power he later bestowed upon Nofxisu) to watch our world. Taken in by the beauty of our world, and sickened by the conditions of The Abyss, Xistar longed to live there. He began watching our world frequently, and was enraged by the war and damage to the planet that was done due to our existance.
Xistar eventually became jealous and angry, that we were given the gift of such a beautiful world, yet took it for granted by hurting it, and staining it with blood. Before long, he noticed a being called "The End."
The End had plans for destroying the Universe, his power coming from a magic gauntlet. There was another magic gauntlet like his own, which was owned by another being much like him, called Shory. After watching Shory for awhile, who had eventually crossed paths with Silver, Majeh, and many other heroes, Xistar began to devise a plan...
Xistar sent several high ranking officers to our world, who proceeded to kidnap Silver, her brother Ezkeil, Edge of the Maverick Hunters, and Shory.
After they attempted to escape from their prison, then found themselves in The Abyss. With nowhere to run from there, they were recaptured and taken to the IZV throne room, where they met Xistar and he explained his motives to them.
Xistar revealed that he kidnapped them each for a reason. Silver and Ezkeil, two dragons very important to a lot of higher up dragons in their society. Their disappearance wouldn't go over well. Posing as Nightmare, Marxineght met with Enfernus, Silver's long time friend and guardian, and told him of how the humans kidnapped her and intended to bring harm upon her, because of her dragon blood. Likewise, Edge was kidnapped for being a high ranking hunter, and Hajexm, posing as Majeh, informed the Emporer that the dragon forced kidnapped Edge.
This sparked a war, just as Xistar had planned. He had hoped that a war would draw The End out of hiding. Which brings us to why he kidnapped Shory. He wanted Shory's gauntlet, which was like the one wielded by The End. He wanted to use it to defeat The End, so that he alone can decide the fate of our world.
His plan worked perfectly. The End appeared following the start of the war, and with him, Xistar created a heavenly city, from which he intended to rule from.
The End confronted Xistar there, and the two battled fiercly. Xistar came out on top, but was immediatly challenged by Majeh, Silver, and Shory afterward. Overwhelmed by their strength, and teamwork, Xistar eventually fell at the hands of Ryunen's God-Slaying sword, now weilded by Majeh.
The wherabouts of the remaining IZV are unknown, but it's safe to assume that they're trapped in The Abyss. And with Nofxisu and Xistar gone, it seems they'll stay that way. But who knows what the future holds?
