Number 71 - Depending on the anime, I've seen it alot in Sonic X but I can't remember any more animes (That I've seen) which does it alot.
Number 75 - I would guess Sailor moon (or a team type one) did this, but I can't be sure (I've not watched that anime.)
Number 84 - Bleach is a pretty good example with Ichigo's Bankai (If I remember right they said it takes 10 years to master it, and in the anime Ichigo did it in... 3 days...) Dragonball/Z/GT are also examples to a lesser extent
Number 86 - the bad guys get full of themselves for a minor victory, and it leads to their head being handed to them. (kinda like Dr. Evil from Austin Powers...)
Number 88 to 91 and 95 - yeah so you see why I removed them...

I think I know why anime characters have huge eyes.
The creator and originator of manga and anime, Osamu Tezuka, created a uniquely Japanese creation of art for the first time. Everything else he did based on his own thoughts, but the eyes were based on the former Betty Boop of the US.
So I don't think the size of eyes has anything to do with water composition or the sort. It was just a design. So much for that law on anime eyes.
Naturally other creators after Tezuka were compelled to draw them more realistically based on humans. So some anime have smaller sleekier thinner eyes.

Not true, old anime such as Ranma Half have rather big eyes too. It merely depends on hte related manga and the author's preferences. And I think xxxholic has small eyes.
