Or make each frame last longer. Alot of people make gif.s with text that doesn't last to long, so they shouldn't put in dialouge.

Try putting in the text frames several times. That should work.

its too repeative.. you should either remove the mouth animation or make it so that he
talks-talks-pauses-blinks-pauses-blinks-talks-blinks while talks-talks-pauses and blinks-talks again and so on...
would look much better than the current "a-cho~" -> blink -loop
