I'll be posting event news for Pokemon HeartGold/SoulSilver versions here. Mostly NA news, I'll try as hard as I can to find EU news as well. Moving on, it seems the NA Yellow Forest event will be starting on April 1st and continuing to May 5th. This event is a Wifi Mystery Gift event that will allow you to download the Yellow Forest Pokewalker course. This course has in it 5 variations of Pikachu available for capture, including three with special moves. Fly, Surf, and Volt Tackle. They will only know one of the special moves, or may not have a special move at all. One thing is certain, however. This is a very special course and should not be passed up. It has been confirmed that there will be an EU version of this event, but it is uncertain whether or not this event will span both regions.

So I'm assuming you'd just go to the Gamestop Download Center and get it there?

This event is a Wifi Mystery Gift event that will allow you to download the Yellow Forest Pokewalker course. As in Nintendo Wifi Connection. You download it through the option in the Mystery Gift Center that says 'Get from Wifi' or similar.

The yellow forest event is now active for NA, EU, and apparently Australian versions as well(Don't quote me on that, correct me if mistaken. ). The event lasts 'til May 5th, so if you're getting your copy this month, don't forget to access Mystery Gift when you do!

Sorry I didn't post about the Winner's Path, I forgot. D: Anywho. If you missed out on obtaining Jirachi from an event or your local Gamestop in April, now's your chance to pick it up via Wifi Mystery gift. This particular Jirachi is special in two ways. 1; It has the special move Draco Meteor, which is normally only learnable by Dragon Type pokemon through a tutor. The other ability of this Jirachi is that when it is transferred or downloaded to Pokemon Heart Gold or Pokemon Soul Silver, it unlocks a special Pokewalker course. This course features Moon themed pokemon and Moon themed items. This Jirachi is downloadable to any of the current generation Pokemon games. This means you can download it with Diamond, Pearl, Platinum, Heart Gold, and Soul Silver. This has been reporter Ed Impaleman. Happy Wishing, Trainers!

The Enigma Stonewhat could it be?Get your DS's ready, trainers. It seems a new artifact has been unearthed. Starting tomorrow, July 31st, you will be able to download the Enigma Stone via Nintendo Wi-Fi Connection Mystery Gift! The two psychic dragons! This item seems to be somehow connected to the legendary pokemon Latios and Latias; But how? Well. Once you acquire your Enigma Stone take it to the museum in Pewter City. Surely someone there may be able to shed some light on this fascinating mystery...!

It's that time again, Trainers! What? You don't know? Why it's nearly time for the anniversary of our first steps into Johto! That's right. October 14th marks the 10th Anniversary of the release of Pokemon Gold and Silver in North America! In honor of this historic occasion Nintendo has opened their vault of super rare pokemon and is pulling out the motherload...!! Mew! Starting October 15th trainers will be able to receive this cute and powerful Pokemon via Wifi Mystery Gift. As far as I know this is only for the NA region games(Sorry, EU trainers =X). This Mew is level 5 and only knows the Normal-type move Pound; In other words, it's a blank slate for you to mold into your own personal powerhouse. Like all event Pokemon, Mew comes in a Cherish Ball, but unlike other event Pokemon, this Psychic-Type Pokemon comes attached with a Premier Ribbon, making it the first Pokemon in North America to ever be given away with said ribbon. Unfortunately, though it makes sense, you can only download this Mew through your Pokemon Heart Gold and Soul Silver games. Don't forget to do so quickly either; This rare download will only be available from the 15th to the 30th of October! This has been Ed Impaleman with your Pokemon Event Forecast; Back to you, Bob.

Greetings trainers. I've got some breaking news for you all! It seems GameStop establishments across the US have acquired some special legendary pokemon. Starting January 3rd until the 9th, it will be possible to download a Shiny Raikou via local wireless Mystery Gift at their stores that, not only being differently colored, will have special moves. Raikou, the Beast of Storms, will have the Weather Ball attack, and Extremespeed! Wait... there's been an update. It seems transferring these special pokemon to your Pokemon Black and White versions when they are released will give you the chance to battle and capture the Master of Illusions, Zoroark! Hurry now! Don't miss your chance to acquire Raikou now! What? You say you want the other two Legendary Beasts? Well have no fear. They will be accessible soon through GameStop stores across the US as well later in the month. I will update with their specifics as their release dates draw near. This has been Ed Impaleman, signing out.
