I noticed that in Mega Man X5, the Maverick bosses' names are parodies to Guns 'n' Roses. Why did they do that?  |

I heard a rumor that Capcom even put in one of the Guns 'n' Roses' songs into a Mega Man X game. I wonder which game.

yah not too mention the stupid boss axle rose. i noticed that too. i hope there isnt one in san andreas. then the gave that name minus the e to the new reploid gunner. i find it sorta lame

First off, I LIKE GUNS N ROSES, so I have no problem with them doing it. I'll admit its a little cheezy, but at least their consistent, with the musical references and all.
And by the way, Guns N Roses were all but done by the time X5 came out.

You're forgetting Tango. Theres a few more too I think but the point is conceded, Capcom liked music back in the classic era.
