My ideas on why Omega X turned out the way he did

There are 2 parts to my theory on why Omega X turned out being "evil". The second one is probably the closest to the real reason.
1. The original X was sealed in a capsule by Dr. Light to have his systems checked for at least 30 years to make sure he wouldn't go around on a murder spree and what not when he was woken up. Omega X was not.

2. Omega X was created to protect Neo Arcadia's safety from mavericks which meant killing reploids. He never had the experience of creating life like X did when X helped Dr. Cain build his first reploid, therefore he does not respect reploid life in the same way. Omega X is not completely evil as he is trying to maintain order and peace as he sees it for the humans living under his protection, misguided as his methods are. (basically, the environment he was raised in made him the way he is)

My guess is that Ciel wasn't able to "completely" analyze the original X and had insuffient data construction that lead to malfuctions and blurred fragments, seeing that they were from a far, far more era, collecting information and data analysis from such times is almost impossible, but of course, due to the flying rumors and the latest technologies, many reploid scientists and humans doesn't have much "trouble" in that field, but also, it's because of the false-believers too, some of their kind doesn't exactly believe in those... "data", and that leads to doubts and scientific conclusions, the Resistance though, strongly believed in them and they were successful into finding the legendary Zero himself.

I agree with your theory and I also agree with you Zero-sama with your second Idea. My reason why was Ciel didn't either study Real X enough or she didn't have time to analyze him, maybe too many Mavericks running lose? Who knows, one thing is for sure He is one hell of a cute bad guy! XD (Hides and Runs)

That would have been a point, but it died quickly.

I say Omega X had no idea what the difference between a Maverick and a Reploid was.
Isn't that pretty much a "Sums it up" Idea?

I am almost show its because he was programed to fight reploids plus the reson cial copyed him is cuz the original stoped careing about reploids and I guess his copy doesnt either. I thought it was really cool that the real X came back as a ghoast at the end of mega man zero. his sprite lookds a lil odd though almost like plain futer cloths from 21XX I guess. no amor or nothing I wonder how he dies.

I thought the X being a cyber elf thing was a bit more known what with Capcom calling X that ^_^; Not much more I can remember besides what I said. Everyone already knows Elpis goes bad and tries waking up the Dark Elf to gain power to destroy Neo Arcadia right? Right? Elpis isn't all bad, he just hates Neo Arcadia(humans) so bad he seems that way. You would hate Neo Arcadia too if you had his life. He doesn't seem to hate Ciel though, she's actually nice to Reploids. I heard that Ciel is always trying to find alternate sources of energy because one of the reasons Neo Arcadia decided to brand innocent Reploids as Irregulars/Mavericks is because of the energy costs to power all those "worthless" reploids. Anyways, Elpis destroyed X's body so he could awake the Dark Elf and after getting beaten by Zero, the Dark Elf turned him into a Cyber Elf too. I wonder what his ability is...maybe you get him in MMZ3 or he helps like Cyber Elf X does. That's about all I can remember. Oh and I think Harpuia actually hates all the fighting and killing, maybe he'll go good and take the other generals with him to the resistance in MMZ3. You never know *shrugs*

Note: I can't read enough Japanese to know what they are talking about so I have to raed what other people say. I was able to read that after Zero beats Elpis he says "Thank you Zero"

I hope X never comes back and zero gets a new parter. I hate X soooo much dammit its so hard playing those damm games with just his gun I hate x zero looks cooler is cooler and has a sabre. Also you notice their is never any black reploids that pisses me off. NOOOt 1 maybe black armor but not black faces. there all white reploids what up with that.

Many people have many reasons why he turned out the way he did in Megaman Zero. Yes, he was sealed away. But he returned to protect Neo Arcadia from any Mavericks. But Omega X was so focused on destroying Mavericks, that he started to destroy Reploids, too! Zero was brought back to destroy Omega X and save Neo Arcadia! But both of them are trying to save Neo Arcadia, so it doesn't make any sense

Zero isn't trying to save Neo Arcadia, he's trying to save innocent reploids from being killed by it. Omega X is doing what he thinks is right for Neo Arcadia, wether he is the head of Neo Arcadia politically or not isn't positive nor whether he knows everything that is going on. It is possible that when he orders Mavericks to be put to death, he might not know that behind the scenes politicians are labeling innocent reploids as mavericks for the main reason being the possible energy shortage that Neo Arcadia is dealing with(which is why Ciel is always trying to make a new source of energy). Omega X although seemingly evil, might just be VERY stubborn and refuses to listen to someone he was told is a maverick because that might try to trick him. Would you believe someone you were told is evil and never to be trusted? Perhaps Omega X is doing just that because he doesn't want to be tricked by "the enemy".

Sorry if I sound like I'm arguing, I'm just trying to give you something to really think about ^_^;
