This is a fun little game. It ranks villains based on several dimensions of evil.
It's pretty much a bunch of "On a scale of 1 to 10..." questions, followed by some math.
Let's cut to the chase, here goes.
Category 1: Combat SubCategory 1: Skill Ranks the villain's natural skill and overall ability to fight (not taking into account supernatural powers.) Rate on a scale of 1 to 10. (1 = Weak, 3 = Not very skilled, 5 = Worthy Adversary, 7 = Strong opponent, 10 = Deadly)
SubCategory 2: Magic Ranks the villain's supernatural talents. "Magic" doesn't necessarily mean magic, but would apply to super powers or any other supernatural ability. Rate on a scale of 1 to 10. (1 = Doesn't utilize magic, 3 = Basics, 5 = Standard proficiency, 7 = Strong magic, 10 = Very strong magic)
SubCategory 3: Defense Ranks the villain's ability to defend themself. Rate on a scale of 1 to 10. (1 = Easy to damage, 3 = Weak defense, 5 = Fair, 7 = Hard to damage, 10 = Hard to touch)
SubCategory 4: Agility Ranks the villain's movement speed and athletic abilities. Rate on a scale of 1 to 10. (1 = Very slow, 3 = Slow, 5 = Average, 7 = Quick, 10 = Unnaturally fast)
Category 2: Scheming SubCategory 1: Phonetics Ranks the villain's use and gracefulness with speech. Rate on a scale of 1 to 10. (1 = Makes no sense, 3 = Weak speaker, 5 = Casual speaker, 7 = Articulated speaker, 10 = Artistic and convincing speaker)
SubCategory 2: Intelligence Ranks the villain's general intelligence. Rate on a scale of 1 to 10. (1 = Moron, 3 = Below average, 5 = Average, 7 = Above average, 10 = Genius)
SubCategory 3: Following Ranks the number of followers/allies the villain possesses. Rate on a scale of 1 to 10. (1 = Villain works alone, 3 = Villain has a couple subordinates or allies, 5 = Villain has a handful of subordinates or allies, 7 = Villain has a number of subordinates or allies, 10 = Villain has an army's worth of subordinates or allies)
Category 3: Intent SubCategory 1: Motivation Ranks the evilness of the villain's motivation. Rate on a scale of 1 to 10. (1 = Motivated by urge to help someone, 3 = Motivated by loss, 5 = Motivated by skewed world view, 7 = Motivated by jealousy or greed, 10 = Just a jerk)
SubCategory 2: Goal Ranks the evilness of the villain's ultimate goal. Rate on a scale of 1 to 10. (1 = "Hey, I want that too!" , 3 = "I can see where they're coming from." 5 = "A little selfish, but ideally we'd all have it..." 7 = "That's just crazy.", 10 = "Jesus Christ, the hell's your problem?")
SubCategory 3: Sanity Ranks the degree of sanity the villain retains. Rate on a scale of 1 to 10. (1 = Completely insane, 3 = Nuts, 5 = Loose grip on sanity, 7 = Disturbed but not crazy, 10 = Completely sane)
Category 4: Ruthlessness SubCategory 1: Prey Ranks where the villain draws the line in terms of their victims. Rate on a scale of 1 to 10. (1 = Only kills when absolutely necessary, 3 = Only kills within the means of their goal, 5 = Kills opponents, 7 = Would kill allies, 10 = Nothing is off-limits)
SubCategory 2: Selfishness Ranks the degree of concern the villain harbors toward their allies. Rate on a scale of 1 to 10. (1 = Values their allies/subordinates, 3 = Willing to reluctantly sacrafice allies/subordinates, 5 = Shows some concern for allies/subordinates to an extent, 7 = Shows little regard for the safety of allies/subordinates, 10 = Has no regard for the life of their allies or subordinates)
Got it? Good, add up the numbers for the categories, then total up the categories and divide them by 4.
Skill + Magic + Defense + Agility = Combat Phonetics + Intelligence + Following = Scheming Motivation + Goal + Sanity = Intent Prey + Selfishness = Ruthlessness
Combat + Scheming + Intent + Ruthlessness = Total
Total / 4 = Villain Points!
Now, you can give the villain a star rank based on this scale:
Sounds complicated, huh? Let me give it a try...

InariSkill: 5 Inari is fairly skilled at hand-to-hand combat and fights well with a sword, but he's by no means a master. Magic: 9 Inari is very well endowed in the field of supernatural abilities, with the ability to absorb his opponent's kinetic energy (sapping the force of their attacks) and the ability to conjure wisps to absorb his enemies' Chi. Defense: 10 Inari specializes in protecting himself from enemy attacks. His skill in battle doesn't come from inflicting damage onto others, but completely negating attempts to inflict damage onto him. Agility: 7 Inari is quite quick and agile, able to move quickly and nimbly (despite his large gourd) and react to and block enemy attacks very quickly. Phonetics: 8 Inari is even more skilled with his words than he is with his sword. Speaking calmly and gracefully, he certainly doesn't sound like a villain, and can easily talk his victims into letting their guard down or walking right into a trap. Intelligence: 6 Inari is quite smart, able to deduce how an opponent (or possible prey) will react in certain situations and prepare/react accordingly. He's also quite knowledgeable in many fields of study, but doesn't qualify as a genius of any sort. Though he's usually calm, his emotions easily cloud his forethought when they rise. Following: 1 Inari doesn't have any sort of following. He doesn't have any allies or subordinates, working alone in all his endeavors. Motivation: 3 Inari isn't motivated by evil in his efforts, using the loss of his friend as his driving force to strive toward his goal. Goal: 5 Inari's goal doesn't have any ill intent, but it was born of selfish thoughts and feelings. He doesn't seem to mind how badly the world is twisted by his goal coming to fruition, so long as he gets what he wants. His goal is a somewhat twisted one, even if it was born of noble intentions. Sanity: 8 Inari isn't really insane, but his mind's stability was obviously shaken by a past trauma, causing him to think irregularly, trying to rationalize his goal and his means of achieving it. Prey: 3 Inari isn't a murderer, and doesn't like killing anybody. He strictly adheres to only killing when it would further his goal, even refusing to kill attacking opponents (opting to incapacitate them and flee.) Selfishness: 3 Inari values those that would work alongside him to see his goal come to fruition-- to an extent. Despite the fact that he would genuinely look out for and show concern for a true ally, he's not above working with people he deems twisted or even evil, so long as it furthers his goal and they play by his rules. In such cases, his concern for them reaches only as far as the morality of their actions. Scores:Skill: 5 Magic: 9 Defense: 10 Agility: 7 Phonetics: 8 Intelligence: 6 Following: 1 Motivation: 3 Goal: 5 Sanity: 8 Prey: 3 Selfishness: 3
Combat: 5 + 9 + 10 + 7 = 31 Scheming: 8 + 6 + 1 = 15 Intent: 3 + 5 + 8 = 16 Ruthlessness: 3 + 3 = 6
Total: 68 / 4 = 17 Villain Points: 17 Villain Rank:

WalterSkill: 1 Walter sucks at hand-to-hand fighting. Like, real bad. A child could out-grapple him. Magic: 10 Thankfully, he doesn't need to. Walter can create soldiers - golems - from quite literally anything. He has an endless legion of soldiers at his command so long as he has something tangible to back it up. (Eg; he can make a golem from air, but that wouldn't be able to hurt much, now, could it?) Defense: 7 Because of the ridiculous number of soldiers he can create, getting to him is quite difficult, and even then he has Shandmaske at his side. But he can't really defend himself otherwise. Agility: 6 Walter is pretty quick, but he's no olympic runner. Phonetics: 4 Walter doesn't get much with words. He's pretty blunt, and isn't looking for allies - he can make his own. Intelligence: 7 Walter is an excellent planner, although lacking somewhat in common sense. Following: 10 What part of 'endless legions at his command' do you not understand? Motivation: 6 Walter is motivated mostly by selfishness. He wants to be remembered in the world, whether it's good or bad. Goal: 2 Everyone wants to be remembered. Walter's going at it, well, just isn't exactly noble. Sanity: 8 Walter is by no means insane - he knows what he's doing, what he wants, and the consequences of his actions. But then again, he needs to be at least somewhat screwed up to not care at all. Prey: 3 Walter doesn't really like killing, because he still has standards, but if something is steadfastly in his way and he can't incapacitate it, he'll get rid of it. Selfishness: 5 This one is hard to gauge. Considering the golems are mindless and do nothing but what he commands, he can't really care for them, and his relationship with Schandmaske is purely on a professional level. Scores:Skill: 1 Magic: 10 Defense: 7 Agility: 6 Phonetics: 4 Intelligence: 7 Following: 10 Motivation: 4 Goal: 2 Sanity: 8 Prey: 3 Selfishness: 5
Combat: 1 + 10 + 7 + 6 = 24 Scheming: 4 + 7 + 19 = 21 Intent: 6 + 2 + 8 = 16 Ruthlessness: 3 + 5 = 8

Nokotsu MuldragSkill: 6 He's skilled with his weapon, a double edged Scythe, and is proficient with his backup weapon, a longsword. Magic: 6 He is also a skilled sorcerer, though he can only cast by using his Scythe as a medium. Defense: 3 He doesn't use any defensive spells and doesn't wear any armor. Though his weapon defensive skills are somewhat proficient, if he takes a hit, it'll hurt a bit. Agility: 5 He isn't very fast, but isn't slow either. Just rather average. Phonetics: 5 He doesn't speak very politely, but doesn't speak very crudely either. Intelligence: 7 He knows lots of stuff, and is very knowledgable in many fields, but is not really what you would call a genious. Following: 2 He doesn't really have a following. He makes very very few allies, and only when absolutely necessary. Motivation: 6 He's greedy. He wants to obtain the power of an ancient demon, sealed away because of the sheer destructive ability, and use it to take over the world.(Like that's anything new. <_<) Goal: 6 He wants to resurrect the ancient demon so he can attempt to absorb it into his body and thus gain it's destructive power, and afterword use this power to try and take over the world. You know, the same old schtick. Still pretty crazy way of doing it though. Sanity: 5 Not quite crazy, but he wants to control the world and bend it to his will, so yeah, I'd call him pretty disturbed... I can only imagine what kind of childhood he had... >.o Prey: 10 He kills even his allies without a thought, as demonstrated back in the first RP when he killed Premaxsu. Selfishness: 10 He cares not for the lives of those who choose to side with him. In fact, when people side with him he ends up killing them, just cause they're not useful anymore. Again, as demonstrated when he killed Premaxsu. Scores:Skill: 6 Magic: 6 Defense: 3 Agility: 5 Phonetics: 5 Intelligence: 7 Following: 2 Motivation: 6 Goal: 6 Sanity: 5 Prey: 10 Selfishness: 10

KojoSkill: 10 Kojo could break you, your family, your dog, your house, and your neighborhood in half with a single punch. Magic: 10 This is only a 10 because there's an upper limit. Kojo can do apparently anything. Defense: 10 Look, touching him in any way is more likely to hurt you than him. Agility: 10 Traveling through anywhere at a whim makes him pretty fast. Phonetics: 10 "Hi, I'm the ruler of your world now." "Kay." Intelligence: 10 Extraplanar intelligence. Following: 10 Works alone. Of course, this means that he has infinite followers. Motivation: 10 He's bored sometimes. Goal: 1 Nobody likes being bored! Sanity: 5 Kojo is perfectly capable of logical thought. He just prefers not to. Prey: 10 What are these so-called 'morals' you speak of? Selfishness: 1 Hurt himself? Never. PsiSkill: 8 Psi is skilled in unarmed combat and combat with a sword. Magic: 10 Psi's power is the control over the element of darkness. He can do nearly anything with it, create weapons, familiars, projectiles, manipulating the environment, and illusions. Defense: 9 Psi almost always has some form of protection using his power, he rarely ever takes it down and is very cautious. Agility: 9 Psi again can use his powers to enhance his agility. He can teleport and/or move at high speeds when he needs too. Phonetics: 8 By the way Psi talks, he doesn't give off his true insanity. He can sound pretty rational and convincing when he needs too. Intelligence: 10 Psi is a genius. He can plan far ahead of his enemies and can predict their moves despite his complete insanity. Following: 2 Psi tends to work alone but can make use of people when he needs too or is just feeling lazy. Motivation: 10 Psi simply loves to just cause chaos and destroy. Goal: 10 Psi's end goal is nothing but complete destruction of everything. Sanity: 1 Psi is completely Insane. Prey: 10 Psi will kill anyone he wants, whenever he wants. Man or Woman, Child or Adult. Selfishness: 10 Psi doesn't care for anyone, save his own twisted amusement. MarxineghtSkill: 9 Marxineght is very skilled at hand-to-hand combat, and can wield his very large, heavy axe with one hand easily. He's skilled with his weapon and very, very strong. Magic: 6 Marxineght can conjure very hot flames that can easily melt through most metals and instantly evaporates small amounts of water before it comes into contact with it. He can skillfully use these flames to attack directly, or to enhance his attacks. Defense: 6 Marxineght is somewhat difficult to damage because he can use flames to keep opponents at bay, and use his massive axe as a shield. That aside, he doesn't have any real defensive abilities. Agility: 7 Marxineght, despite being a powerhouse and carrying that heavy axe, is actually quite quick on his feet. Phonetics: 3 Marxineght isn't much of a speaker. Most of what comes out of his mouth are angry insults and curse words. He perfers to let his axe do the talking. Intelligence: 4 Marxineght isn't really super smart. Most of what he knows relates to strategizing in battle, which he does fairly well. He doesn't come up with complex strategies, but he can easily figure out how an enemy attack works, and come up with a way to work around it. Following: 7 Technically, Marxineght has almost as many subordinates as Xistar, as Marx is 2nd in command of the IZV. However, most of them don't really like Marxineght that much, so they're more Xistar's subordinates than Marx's... Motivation: 4 Marxineght's motivation isn't all that evil. He does what he does because he wants to help Xistar, and because he shares Xistar's vision of the IZV living in a beautiful world, as opposed to the hellhole they came from. Goal: 5 Marxineght's ultimate goal isn't exactly evil when you think of it's intentions, but that's sort of relative. Xistar's vision is to bring the IZV from the Abyss into the world, and establish a utopia where everyone can live in a beautiful land in peace. It's just that this goal requires some world domination, which is sort of evil. Sanity: 7 Marxineght isn't what I'd call insane, but he's obviously not all right in the head. But I don't think any villain is, really. He's fully aware of his actions, he just doesn't really care. Prey: 7 Marxineght isn't very picky-choosey with who he kills. He doesn't kill randomly, but will harm (or even kill) people just for making him angry. He's also not above harming allies or subordinates, though typically wouldn't kill them unless Xistar told him to. He has no problems with killing women, but probably wouldn't kill a child unless Xistar told him to. Selfishness: 6 Marxineght doesn't particularly like or care about any of his allies or subordinates (though he's insanely loyal to Xistar.) He will however protect them in battle (to an extent) and try to prevent losing soldiers, though he wouldn't feel any real grief if they did die (though he might be upset, it would be because of the thought that an enemy could damage the IZV, not necessarily because of the death of said ally.) Scores:Skill: 9 Magic: 6 Defense: 6 Agility: 7 Phonetics: 3 Intelligence: 4 Following: 7 Motivation: 4 Goal: 5 Sanity: 7 Prey: 7 Selfishness: 6
Combat: 9 + 6 + 6 + 7 = 28 Scheming: 3 + 4 + 7 = 14 Intent: 4 + 5 + 7 = 16 Ruthlessness: 7 + 6 = 13

ToxynSkill: 8 That big lance of his isn't just for show, but... Magic: 10 His skill in Necromancy is where he really shines. Defense: 7 While his defenses are purely magic based, they're no pushovers. Agility: 5 He's not slow, but he's not all that fast either. Phonetics: 3 He's a man of few words. Usually only talking to say a rude comment or to tell someone they're going to die painfully. Intelligence: 10 He didn't spend his thousands of years of life letting his mind rot. But he never shows his true intelligence. It wouldn't be fun that way. Following: 2 While he is a high ranking member of IZV, he prefers working alone. Usually only assisted by a few undead minions. Motivation: 9 His motivation was much different in the past. But now he's pretty much evil for the sake of evil. Goal: 10 Kill an ancient god, steal its powers, and curse the world with endless torment and misery. Sanity: 1 He hides it well... but he's nucking futs. Prey: 10 If it's alive... he wants to kill it. Selfishness: 7 He doesn't care for anyone's life but his own. But he will reluctantly help/defend an ally if they're existence will help further his goals. Scores:[/i] Skill: 8 Magic: 10 Defense: 7 Agility: 5 Phonetics: 3 Intelligence: 10 Following: 2 Motivation: 9 Goal: 10 Sanity: 1 Prey: 10 Selfishness: 7

XistarSkill: 10 Xistar is incredibly skilled with his weapon, which takes many shapes - of all of IZV's, and possibly more. Magic: 10 Xistar is the font of IZV's abilities themselves - he can use every base ability that each of his subordinates can. Though he can't very well use ones that they've learned on their own, he could if he learned to. Defense: 10 Xistar can defend himself in many, many ways - so many, in fact, that attempting to formulate a plausible strategy to do so really isn't possible. Hitting him relies mostly on luck and his own carelessness. Agility: 8 Xistar isn't, despite his previously mentioned abilities, superhumanly fast - but he is incredibly so nonetheless. Phonetics: 9 Xistar is a charismatic leader, gathering followers with promising words and guarantees for life. Intelligence: 10 An incredible planner, Xistar would almost certainly have succeeded if not for a few unwelcome, unsuspected guests. Following: 9 Xistar has almost an entire army under his command - with numerous elites who were as powerful as the entire legions under their commands. Xistar is also very well-liked by his followers. Motivation: 6 Xistar's motivation is mostly envy. Viewing the world from his hellish domain, he became immensely jealous of the inhabitants of Earth and furious at their taking the planet for granted. Goal: 5 Xistar's goal isn't exactly selfish, but it's completely unnecessary. It isn't like they wouldn't accept them, Xistar felt that he needed to rule it and save the planet from destruction, which simply meant that Xistar was pretty uneducated on that part. Sanity: 9 Xistar is very sane, logical, and rhetorical. However, he doesn't have an identical moral compass as other people - and therefore is at least somewhat unhinged to them. Prey: 5 Xistar doesn't like killing if he doesn't have to, but much of the Earth makes it seem to him that he really does have to. Selfishness: 1 Xistar cares for IZV like a family and would never harm them unless they forced his hand. Scores:[/i] Skill: 10 Magic: 10 Defense: 10 Agility: 8 Phonetics: 9 Intelligence: 10 Following: 9 Motivation: 6 Goal: 5 Sanity: 9 Prey: 5 Selfishness: 1

Pre-story Tri Ratjagon
Skill: 10 Apparently he took some real enjoyment in beating things down with his bare hands. He got good at it. Very good at it.
Magic: 10 He uses it all the time in everyday life, he forms his own cup with his energy, he makes roads with it, he does everything with it. He's also able to make entirely new energies and materials on the spot.
Defense: 10 If you ever hit him, it's because he's bored, or not taking you seriously at all. He can regenerate any damage he takes, but he can also use his abilities to ward off attacks. He also doesn't have to.
Agility: 10 He is a god, and was born with already supernatural athletic capabilities. He also augments it with his ability, making him much faster, stronger, and all the more lethal in combat.
Phonetics: 5 A very rough person, and rather arrogant, but still at least presents a presence of power so that his speech does not go unwarranted.
Intelligence: 10 Born with a genius mind, since he is well, a god, he has extremely accelerated thinking patterns and learns very quickly from a single glance.
Following: 3 He has less than three followers, but he can do everything by himself anyway.
Motivation: 10 His motivation? If he had any, total domination of everything. But it's actually also, just because he can. He was born with these powers, so he felt he should use them... Somehow. This is what he came to.
Goal: 10 His goal is complete domination of everything. Well guess what? He doesn't really care about that either.
Sanity: 5 He takes the first step, okay. He wants to control the world, and destroys stuff to assert dominion. Next he also has no limitations to his kill-range, so yeah, he takes another step. And then finally... He doesn't actually care about all that either, not even the control-the-world part. He's doing it just because he CAN. Although he is completely aware, so he isn't nuts.
Prey: 10 You see, he doesn't care. At all. Not even little kids are safe. He just likes seeing everything become razed to the ground.
Selfishness: 10 He doesn't care about them too. If they want to follow him, they sure as hell better be able to SURVIVE him. That's why his following is so small... And despite size, are quite monstrous themselves.
Total.... 103. Goddamn.
103 divided by 4 = About 26. Shut up, I'm not a calculator.
Five Stars
