I was looking on YouTube for SSBM vids and I found this video where four people glitched the game and created a black hole in the middle of the stage.
Black Hole Glitch
I have now found out how to execute this glitch.
Infinate Super Scope
You need to shoot 15 single shots. Then shoot 2 fully charged shots. Charge the third one, but make sure someone hits you before you release the shot. Test it out. Works anywhere.
The Black Hole Glitch
INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Begin by making three teams. One is just Peach. One is just Falco. The third is Fox paired with any other character.
2. The level must be one where two characters can stand across from eachother over a gap between them (such as Hyrule or the one shown in the video). The map settings should be that the only weapon is the Superscope and they should not be dropped too frequently (or else the GameCube will freeze up).
3. Wait a little until you have stockpiled a few Superscopes and have Fox on one side of the hole and Falco on the other side. Have the character on Fox's team stand behind with the Superscopes and Peach stand underneath the gap.
4. Have both Fox and Falco turn on their reflective powers and begin to shoot all the shots between them as possible (make sure your character is not between Fox and Falco).
5. When a bunch of shots are bouncing back and forth between Falco and Fox in there, have Peach jump up in to the stream of shots for a moment. This should make the shots turn into a massive stream of green as seen in the video.
6. When this happens, have peach throw 15 or more radishes up into the stream of shots (Falco and Fox have to have their reflection on the whole time). Any fewer than 15 and the Radishes will float up when the shots are gone. Too many more than 15 and the game will freeze.
7. At this point you should notice the game slowing down considerably. When all 15 radishes are in (the special radishes won't stick and don't count), have Fox's teammate (in the video it's Mario) jump into the stream of shots. He should take anywhere between 40% and 120% damage before all the shots are gone.
8. Now that the shots are gone, Fox and Falco can turn off their reflective move. The radishes should be stuck in one place now. Fox, Falco, and Fox's teammate can all be damaged by the radishes (which can deal up to 999% almost instantly) and can potentially become stuck in them. Peach cannot be hurt because they are her radishes.
9. Feel free to experiment with what you can do to the Black Hole. In the movie we show that if Mario uses his coin move while he jumps in, there is a stream of coins that shows up above the Black Hole. Also, the Superscopes can get stuck in there if you throw them in correctly. You can also do some cool stuff with Ness.
Additional Stuff To Try:
Throw stuff into the Black Hole. Some will stick, some won't. Even some of the character moves will stick. For example, that fireball thing Ness has will stick in the Black Hole (and it looks pretty cool). Also, as in the video, if thrown right the guns and other objects will stick.
In addition, some other moves by characters can cause fun stuff to happen. In the video, Mario did a move where coins appear above him when he hits someone. This can be used to trap Peach in the Black Hole and deal her 999% damage if Mario uses it while jumping into the Black Hole.
In general, there's a ton of fun stuff to try out with this glitch. Also, if you have the time, you might want to try this again, but only throw like 10 radishes in there to see them slowly float off into the air. It looks really strange.
