And that would dismiss the point of having high quality images and such.

- Acts of God. Um... What? So if it's damaged by the Earth's natural causes it is not under warranty? How nice to know I'll have to pay $599 in addition to home repair costs just to be able to use the PS3 again.
- Misuse, Abuse, Negligence... Don't all of those terms mean the same thing?
- Wear and tear. So if the Blu-Ray drive goes out 3 weeks after I bought it I -cannot- return it period? What kind of bullcrap is that!?
- Unreasonable Use. Why the heck is this even in here? I'm not gonna use this flimsy piece of junk as a baseball bat, am I?
And I'm going to rip apart your post, as you did pathetically to the warranty. If your house was damaged by natural causes, your PS3 would likely be the last thing you'd worry about. Seriously, if its the first thing on your mind, then you've just proven that the PS3 is a good buy and you'd like to get it back in working shape as soon as possible. Misuse and abuse are two different things. Look it up. It won't go out in 3 weeks unless you're stupid and decide to put the discs in sideways or something. Unreasonable use is so that people with bad intentions don't screw with it on purpose only to have their warranty to save them.
