MMU was definitly the largest when my sprites were up. Yeah I thought so, they appear to be reincarnating the site megaman-universe.net

Wow i didnt expect this to be so highly approved lol. Anyways, time to answer questons.
Kelso, There IS a way to disable print screen, it requires application coding and such, i know it is possible, it's just extremely hard to do lol
Paragon, I like the JPG idea, i can have the server upload the sprites as anything and then have the server encode them as JPG files... thanx =P
Net-X, The second reason why i am starting this community is so that I have a website to test my hand-made php scripts on, and have the users test if they work properly, so yea, no usage of invision, proboards, or any of that crap, everything on the site will be coded by me and me only, unless i get some extra help with coding lol.
NightShade, you can submit as many sprites as you want, hence why it's unlimited uploads and unlimited bandwidth, but there might be a file size cap, because i think it's retarded when a sprite sheet takes up 50 or more megabytes of space.
Thanx again for all the support and feedback. More you guys contribute, the more I put into this project and also boosts my confidence level, it sux making something for a community but having no one utilize it =P

I hate to bring up more problems, but there's also these that need to be considered:
Screen capture programs. People saving the entire webpage with all of it's contents\images and the like.
Since I KNOW you can capture with those, it'd be better to have the server render the submitted sprites as .JPG. As for the disable right-clicking, you also need to implement some kind of code like PMM uses for their official art images to prevent further theft.
And what about animations? JPGs\JPEGs can only be one single frame, and I think it'd take a lot of server power to render each and every frame in a JPEG format. It'd probably be impossible, too. That is, unless you can make up a code that'll degrade the GIF's image quality.

I'm not sure I like the JPG idea because when you do that you mess up the sprite and I don't think people would like that, at least I know I wouldn't.

There's many kinds of JPG compression, Net-X. You're thinking MS Paint's JPG compression, which is awful.

I think its a good idea. There needs to be more pouplar spriting forums out there besides BnG.

It sounds like a good idea to me... My only problem is I lost all my sprites when my old computer crashed... I'll have to work on re-making them...

There really is a better way around that. Just come up with a code that doesn't let the specific person (i.e "n00b") join unless they have some proof of spriting experience. Like a sheet or sprite which will be graded by all admins and mods. And if it gets a certain percent, they're in. If not, they're out. If they say it's bull, so what? It's your place. And if they think "Why should I show you my work, you might steal it!" ...then just ban them right up. Because that's annoying. >_>;

I think that's what he was going for, Netzuko. No one would want to steal your sprite if it was pixelated to hell. I realize that, but then it get's fudgeed up and smudgy so you can't even see the sprite very well...
