The original Star Trek series is being re-made. The title of the series is called "New Voyages" and there's already a movie in the works.
Yes, the classic NCC-1701 (No bloody A, B, C, or D) will be making an appearance again.

It doesn't feature the original Spock, Kirk, and such, but it's a remake so who cares? We didn't complain when Megaman X turned from 16-bit colors to 32-bit colors.
