Oh Legends ... you miss it so much. It has been a terribly long time.
Hm. ZX and ZXA. I'd play those before commenting. I just got my ZXA yesterday!

yeah but Legends bosses were easy... I could beat Juno in hard mode without taking a single hit.... Legends 2's last boss was hard tho.. couldn't have beaten her without energy canteen and Roll's chicken meal..
Serpent and Model W were pushovers.. I beat them on the 1st try.. heck, Serpent could only hit me once.. D:

Well, for me, to beat Sera, you should have (some really great Buster equipment that shoots purple shots, instead of usual blue) and an upgraded canteen to 30 parts.
Anyone here played the Classic games?

I just upgraded the range alot on the Blade Arm for the fight with Sera, and just hacked at her from a distance with the combo attacks.
I've played most of the classic games, but it's been a really long time... MegaMan 6 was the one I played most recently I think. That or MegaMan 8. MegaMan 6 was harder I think

MM1 - 3 ... heh, quite hard and giving lotsa headaches.
MM4 - it was okay, but Dr Cossack himself was annoying when he kept on picking you up and throwing you down on the floor. Wily's last stage is a bit unexpected though.
MM5 - still can't defeat Darkman 4.
MM6 - amazing play.
MM7 - probably most difficult especially for Wily.
MM8 - chocolate cake all the way.

I killed the second form completely with the laser.. all but one power upgrade... laser=reip XD
I think MM3 and 5 were the hardest NES ones.. MM7 hardest of them all and MM8.. beautiful. D: What about Rockman & Forte? King is so frozting hard to kill... I think he would be next to X3 sigma in the top 5 of hardest bosses..

Its been too long since I played the Classic series so I can't comment there. There are one or two of those I haven't even beaten, I forget which though.
X1 Sigma's first form is easy to win with no damage, it takes awhile though. His second form is a little tougher but easy enough to beat, especially if you have subtanks. I really like using the Armadillo weapon on him.
X2 I've never actually fought Zero, I got the real one to come in and pwn that faker, then I went and pwned Sigma, I thought his attacks were easy to dodge in both forms and he kept spawning little mavericks that would give me health after I blew them up.
X3 I confess I've never beaten without the saber, I've got to give Nighty some kudos for that. Of course you think X1 and 4 Sigmas were bad.. You're backwards, you know that?
X4 His first and second forms were simple, you can beat them with no damage if you get him to throw the scythe into the wall rather than the floor, as Fanwriter pointed out. Last form really wasn't that big a deal, it took me the better part of one night to beat him but now that I've done it he's nothing.
X5 Crap, I didn't like this one. It was fun getting the Ultimate Armor and flying through his head as a yellow blur though.
X6 A pathetic disippointment. But the music was good.
Didn't play X7 or 8. And I'd like to say that Z1 was the easiest MM game I've ever played after X1. All the end bosses in the Zero series were pretty easy, I think Wiel gave me the most trouble out of all of them though. And I haven't got ZX.

To Taro - laser second form what that?
To Swim - what did you not like about X5? I understand the rest. Go get ZX and ZXA before they are archived.

Say, do you have any idea how to defeat Wily of MM2? He's pretty tough.

beat him tons of times. Which form.
first form: Rapid fire(if you have game cube use y button)
second form: Use crash bombs
Third form: Only the bubble damages him so only use it when he gets close.

Hmm ... perfect answer. Thanks for the information.
I say MM7 Wily is the hardest, whereas MMX3 Sigma is the hardest, and ... MMZ1 to Z3 are all tough, save Z4.

The zero series is super hard in the beginning but in the end when you have all items, cyber elfs etc it gets easy. BTW did you beat MM2 wily?

I find it sad to use the Cyber Elfs actually, so I most rely on the energy tanks and constant filling to fight with the Z bosses. Elpizo is still the hardet for me, followed by Copy X and Omega.
And no, I haven't get the chance to replay MM2 because I am currently working on a huge script. But I'd keep the tips in mind.
