post who made the biggest mistakes from each series.
MM: Wily not taking MM along with guts, cut etc MMX: Cain Creating reploids MMZ: Zero not killing weil when he had the chance(when neige threw that thing that blinded weil and craft) MMZX: PAP getting mad in ZXA right next to all those Model Ws MMBN: Regal not bothering to search the whole room to look for lan and take away his PET MMSF: Don't know

MM: I agree with you.
MMX: Someone could have decided to try and search for a cure to the stupid malfuntioning in the Reploids instead, but no one did.
MMZ: ... It was believed that Weil cannot be killed due to that robotic armour, so I dunno what's the biggest mistake.
MMZX: Probably, but they may make a comeback you know.

Biggest mistakes huh..?
MM: Protoman not helping out until what.. Rockman & Forte?
MMX: Humans idling while the reploids go nuts.. heck they could've just used a huge-ass emp or something! <_< >R-Cubed: If he had not... There wouldn't be Reploids.. that's a BAD thing! D:
MMZ: making the serie.. That was a big mistake.
MMZX: Giro letting Vent/Aile go fight when the mavericks attacked.. That was just stupid.
MMBN: What R-Cubed said.
MMSF: Again, making the serie...

zero was bad but SF is pretty good. I know that making reploids is good for the games but i mean w/o reploids there wouldn't have been any elf wars and the world would've been at peace.

MMZ - why not make the series? Without its development, you wouldn't find anything to complain of ZX.
MM - I felt that Protoman was pretty much useless anyway. He seems more like an interfering audience.

MM: Protoman > you, he didn't get enough spotlight. But the biggest mistake was the fact that Wily was never even arrested until MM6 I think. Mega always beat him and let him get away. I know that Mega couldn't hurt Wily but he could have brought him in and the humans could have locked him up or possibly given him the death penalty.
X: Every game had a huge mistake.. biggest one I can think of was when Sigma played the Maverick Hunters and Repliforce against each other, if they just talked it out there could've been a lot less bloodshed.
MMZ: Lots of opportunities to kill Wiel, should have killed Omega on the first level before he got the dark elf, the Guardians should've focused on stopping Elpizo and protecting X, instead they were more focused on Zero.

MM: Wily part I concur.
MMX: ... Yeah, that plotline for X4 was quite strange. Why the heck suddenly build a Reploid nation only after that disaster in Sky Lagoon? That seemed pointless. X5 - they could have tried to study future into Zero's body.
MMZ: ... Which X do you mean? Copy or Original?

Well of course they had to make those mistakes to keep the series running...although I gotta say...in MM7, at the end...Megaman should've just killed Wily when he had the chance. Instead he hesitated, and Bass came to save him...

Well, we were discussing those "mistakes" since you have no idea what Capcom and co will present to you in the games. But Megaman killing Wily ... even if Wily is evil, he doesn't deserve to be killed by an organism not made of organic materials and having no life.

But his AI was so close to the real thing that he had emotions...and he had gone time and again defeating Wily, and he continued to hurt and kill others. I think I would've been fed up too...

The difference is that Megaman has not his own free will, though I suggest that the anger built up in him might have violated the sentient codes for that time. And X has with him a free will.
Well, if you were in Megaman shoes, you most certainly can finish off Wily for good since you are human. It's all in the ethics again.

MegaMan Series; Worst mistake was probably not killing Wily.... I mean, he just kept coming back and causing troublel.. Sigma they have an excuse for, they couldn't kill him if they tried, but Wily's just an old fart. >.>;
MegaMan X Series; Worst mistake... Hmm... The one thing I would have done differently, was not make X7. >.>;
MegaMan Zero Series; Worst mistake was giving Weil a robotic body. Who the f**k gives a criminal that started a war that killed most of the population a robotic body!? What the hell? If I said "Hello Bin Laden, we all hate you, so here, we're gonna make you an immortal cyborg!" would that make any sense? Seriously. >_>;
MegaMan ZX Series; I agree that the worst mistake was Prometheus and Pandora getting too worked up in a room stuffed full of Model Ws.... They were cool. ;-;
MegaMan Battle Network/MegaMan Starforce Series'; Yeah, definately making the series'.... Both were terrible. >.>;
