I know where you got that joke. Just go to newgrounds and search Final Fantasy: Gil quest.
That joke was when Tonberry cast a Firaga on Cactuar and Cactuar says:
ohhhhh, my heads on fire. *drools for a few minutes* MY HEADS ON FIRE!
then he just runs back and forth dragging his head on the floor and collecting the leaves back into a pile.
