the character design isnt too different there...and they look like CM X. the living metal looks pretty sweet.

If you look closely, and compare, they look like X & Zero combined.

yeah, but the armor looks like CM X....and the living armor looks like Zero...but the character design in itself is too close together, the girl doesnt look like one...and it scares me
Food for thought: shouldn't it be called RMXY?
cuz there is both a male and female character now....

i say no way bring back zero. megaman has been around alot longer than zero and more people seem to like him.
those are realy good concept pics though. still th thought of introducing actual HUMANS is good. after all thats what the first megaman was. well sorta. but it started with humans.

the original mm started with humans in it, and then they kinda went *kapoof* untill Z4....it confused a lot of ppl, cuz X and zero were always saving humans.,.,.,and yet we never saw them, ever....

If Capcom tries to pass off Van and Ale as Ciel's "Son and Daughter" with Zero being the father... I will have lost all faith in the Megaman series whatsoever.

lol
if its like battle network or command mission im gonna freak. i mean there arent too many fun 2d games so why doesnt capcom continue megaman? its like a wide open market/genre. everyone who wants a good 2d game will get it will other developers make 3d fp's. i think the daughter/son continue the quest is well... kinda lame.

*copies Icefishes post* NEWS UPDATE!!! According to The Megaman Network, Capcom of Japan has officially launched its site for Rockman ZX. The site offers little new information concerning the series, but it does confirm the legitimacy of the game. In addition, Heatman (most noted as a member of PMM's staff) recently released an accurate translation of the site: "In this game you begin by selecting from either the male character Van, or the first female protagonist of the Rockman series: Eile. There hidden powers are...?
Live Metals are mysterious pieces of metal excavated from places such as ancient ruins. There are various types of metals, and they contain recorded information concerning the history and armaments of bygone days. It's said that further knowledge and power can be recognized in the Live Metals according to one's own intentions. Van and Eile use the Live Metals to transform into the Model X form.
Another character of yet unknown identity is able to perform the Model Z transformation. What is the relation of Model X and Model Z? What is Rockman ZX?"For those of you who want, you can find the Japanese website here. |
