Teamwork because a leader isn't nescisarry. A good team can lead itself perfectly.

I vote for leadership. Even in the most perfect harmoniously synchronising teams, although they discuss together issues, but there is a tendency that a worrisome atmosphere arises and that they have no one to confirm or lead their actions. So a leader is necessary.

A leader is needed in any team. Even in the most perfect team, there will be arguments, that one wants to do that way and the other this way. A leader then chooses which way to do it and the rest must agree with him/her. If you want a successful team, then in the team must be a leader. Of course it depends on the leader of the team. So i voted for leadership.

Yeah...and if there is a great leader without support from his men, his whole group will come crumbling down.
With teamwork, a group can activate by itself and be united for good. A leader is just to lead these people, but of course a leader aims teamwork. But it's hard to agree that no one likes a leader.

What is up with you and all these fudgeing polls, man. -.- ~~Darkness Delirium Oh, that? I'm not sure. Maybe for controversial stuffs, category against category topics suit best for this. Since this is a mature thoughts thread and we got various opinions and points of view. So we might as well see into it and to what others have to say. I'm not sure what made you said that, but if this is an offence, i apologize. But don't worry, i'll be making another thread WITHOUT poll this time. =) I think he's trying to earn a title of pole master. Dude, it's POLL, not POLE. And if I was really trying to be the poll master, you would see uncountable polls around ZV everyday. So don't say that.

It takes a good balance. You need a leader to take a team in the right direction, but you also need good teamwork to follow him and use the leader's instruction

Let's even the scales a little.
A group without a leader is aimless. No matter how united they are, they won't be able to create teamwork by themselves.
A leader without a team is solitary. He himself can create a dream team by himself and make it the best. Let's say that Leadership brings Teamwork.
