psht... call that messed up. in a paper todai, there was an article about some guy who chopped hes d*ck off and threw it at police when running away from them. and it was in a proper paper, not one of them lame tabloids Well as dumb as that is, I think he's quite within his rights to chop his d*ck off. Just so long as he doesn't try to sue the police later "they scared me so much that I had to chop my d*ck off to slow them down" |

Hi I followed a link to this from a copy of the post that was stuck on another forum I visit and I feel like making my opinion known. If you can get your opinion spread to other boards then I can come here and discuss it, right? Anyway.
What an absolute fudgeing moron you are, Mister Ferguson. People have been complaining about subcultures since the fifties. You start off talking about two groups that you obviously knows very little about, going on to generalise horrendously what the members of these loosely defined groups do with their time. As for your comments about "rap/hip hop" artists, you're stereotypes massively there too. I'd say you were being racist but you don't actually say that all the people who make the music are black, which surprised me given the content of the rest of the post. Also, every new generation's musical taste is seen as an affront to the very word "music" by everyone else, and has been for decades. You aren't saying anything new or original. In fact you just sound like someone's conservative grandparents.
In the next paragraph you completely loses the plot as far as I can see. Suggesting that an active role must be taken to eliminate these subcultures to make the current generation fot enough inherit the world, what the Hells is that? Look around you. Do you think the world is currently run by mods, punks and skinheads. Do you seriously not realise that as people age they naturally lose their youthful "rebelliousness"?
Jesus, if it's people with your kinda ignorance who are gonna be the next generation up to bat then sure we need a change. But just 'cause someone listens to rubbish music and dresses differently doesn't mean they're thick and irresponsible.
