Pending Membership?

It has come to my attention that some people were not able to get accounts actived recieving a message saying that it is waiting for an admin to approve them. I looked into it and found a "pending" list which had names going back to Dec 1. I approved all on the list and found a new "Limited Registration" option in the General Settings that was set to on, I have changed it to "off". I appoligize to those who had to wait so long for accounts. The fact that option was on there and turned to "on" doesn't make me really happy to say the least because I don't like having to make people wait when it's not nessasary

That option was on? Well, I'd also like to apologize for this. I should have checked to see if this feature was on or not, and if I knew it was on, I would have done something about it.
