I figured I should point these out for those looking for something other than GunZ to play.
Continuum\Subspace
A top-down 2D space-based online game that's simple to play, and also adheres to some laws of physics. (if you stop moving, your ship will drift in the last direction you moved)
Allegiance
Another space-based game, but this one is in 3D. It feels more like space, and is more team based. Physics are much more like space, especially the lag between where you move and where your ship is pointing.
Soldat
A 2D-ish based mix of Abuse, Counterstrike, and Lemmings. Has 10 weapons to choose from, 4 sub-weapons (one of which is a rocket launcher), customizable character look, and gameplay so hectic you'd swear someone was hacking Counterstrike.
