Wel I made this topic, well its some of the reasons why I have not been on, but anyway without thurther ado, here we go:
this years project is pretty shot but pretty easy, we can do whetever we want, and however we want it as long as it goes with these four topics:
LIGHT, WATER, WRAP, MOVEMENT
I had a choice to do more than one, but I chose Movement.
I started with a page on pixel art showing how I choose my colours and how I make my pieces in a step by step guide. I quote form my annotations:
"Here are a few examples of how I create my pieces and select my colours. Here you can also use the stpe by step guide to making you're own pieces". and "I love my pixel art because I can just go onto another piece and Vise versa. I also enjoy pixel art because its links with what I would like piece". and finally "Here is an example of one of my pieces. I used a bigger brush tool than usual and C+P then enlarged the size by 200x200 to see the detail".
Well Its been 4 weeks out of 14, so far so terrible others have done 14 or 7 pages, while I have done 2 pages. I plan to do a steampunk style arcade machine with pixelated backgrounds, although I am not meant to plan 'till the end, but I am happy with the results. I will update on any news and hopefuly take photos of my book and macettes.
