Should I use the taller one, the one with a stomach or the shorter one? and also I'm currently working on sheeting him but it's harder than I thought it would be.

I made the running sprites already, I'm going to use the shorter one I think unless you people tell me to do otherwise. But for must his sprites, unless he is standing straight I'm not going to make him any taller. I made this short animation off his running sprites but before I could properly finish my animation shop trial ended, so it's got some flaws to it which I will fix as soon as I can. Also if it's not too much to ask, I want you guys to think of a name for him.

Your animations are too choppy. I think the reason is for this is that whenever you want to put in a certain pose, it sometimes will get cut off due to the lack of space, so you just drag it back in to fit. You have to figure out the right amount of dimensions for your sprite. One false placement of the first frame can ruin the whole animation. And due to my lack of naming sense (my own character dosen't have a name yet) I can't help you in that department. >_>

call him shade. or Assrass. or something not wierd.\ but the animation does need serious advancing.

I would love to fix that, I wasn't planning on finishing it like that, but as I said earlier my Animation Shop license ended and I couldn't do all the very necessary finishing touches. But I still wanted to put it here.

This is my not yet finished sprite sheet for the nameless warrior. C+C please. If anyone has any ideas that might make him a bit cooler or better looking, tell me.

At your request and for my personal benefit and list of achievements, I have sheeted the nameless ninja. it was harder than I thought, but not too hard. I might edit him again a few times, but for now this is the final sheet. If you want to use him just ask, bu please dont take him without my approval. I'm quite full of myself for saying this I guess. Anyway please comment. C+C, Hope you like it. Important news! I have decided to name him Veyron Storm!

Hmm, I like it. Only thing I'd suggest would be to add an outline to his hair, ya know, to stay true to the style. Other than tht, looks great.

I like it, personally. Now, I have a challenge for you. You normally use 16-bit by the looks of things. (I believe the base is Bass from MM7?) Well, I want you to give 32-bit sprites a try. (Like MM8 or MMX4-6)
Keep going, you are doing good!

Hmmm... looks good, but I think that hair is 16-bit, actually.
