I've decided to take my infamous story from notepad to computer. But first I'd like opinions.
The story is about a boy named Reven. He lives in the desert town of Prontera, and in the beginning, he and his friend Arlin are looking for a book to buy for the sage of the town. They find a mysterious book with spells in it, and decide to take it. Once they get to the sage's house, he isn't there. They head to the "Grail of the Angels" festival, which supposedly everyone in town has gone to, and find that they've all been killed due to a massive explosion from a mysterious sorcerer.
Even Reven's foster father, Daedalus, was killed right before his very eyes. The next day, he meets a man who has already perfected the spells in the book and even some that aren't shown on the pages themselves...he goes by the name Kratos. Kratos and Reven encounter Cytheus, who's name is mentioned in the book to be an anicent warlock who had unleashed a great evil upon the land. They do battle with him, and he escapes. Kratos tells Reven of the ancient tales that the human race had to evacuate into Dark World, which caused a war to wage. Cytheus escaped into the human world, and began rebuilding it entirely by himself. A beautiful goddess named Gaia acknowledged him for doing so. And so, Reven and Kratos must journey to Dark World and find a way to stop Cytheus.
