Who would win in a fight, Ronald Regan or Chuck Norris.
After much deliberating I couldn't draw a clear conclusion, so I gave the question to Nightmare, who also couldn't reach a clear conclusion. I intend this thread to be an educated discussion on who would win. After the thread has grown a bit I shall add a poll.

We all know Ronald Regan can turn into the Hulk.
Now, much like Tony, the Hulk is a green unstoppable mass of rage.
Like the Hulk, Chuck Norris is a being of pure power that knows no fear. Really, the fight could go either way there.
However. Ronald Regan's rage can only be invoked by communists and other like beings, as we've seen in the past. Chuck Norris, being a fellow Republican, is unlikely to invoke this rage, which may hinder Regan's Hulk powers null and tilt the scales in Norris' favor.
But. Regan is a fellow Republican. Not just a Republican, THE Republican. Would Norris really use his full strength against a man of such status...? If Norris holds back, it could tip the scales in Regan's favor.
It really could go wither way. Truly a perplexing question...

Then again with the entire country getting 'Born In The USA' stuck in their head, Regan may have made a lot of enemies. And like thousands of fire ants, those enemies could bring down Regan's performance quite a bit.

Thing is, without Regan's hulk powers he wouldn't stand a chance against even a single punch, let alone one of Norris' roundhouse kicks.

That's debatable. You obviously aren't familiar with the awesomeness of Ronald Regan. He's up there with Norris.
Besides, the point still stands that Norris would most certainly hold back against Regan, whom he may consider an ally or friend.

The strength of Regan is monumental. He single handedly tore down the Berlin Wall (the footage was faked to make it seem like the people did something) and not long there after punched down communism and brought an end to Soviet Russia. Infact "In Soviet Russia...Regan Kills YOU!" is the only thing not to change.
While fighting Chuck Norris (a more than worthy opponent), Regan might have flash backs to his fight against communism which could trigger hulk mode. Imagine the Hulk + Lazor Eyes.
And always remember "Within Regan's chest, beats the heart of America".

This is a tough one to call. We should phone in Mr. T and ask his opinion. Mr.T would want in though, making an even more epic showdown that could cause even greater discussion! We all know that when Chuck roundhouse kicked Mr.T who also punched Norris at the same time created the 80's, so such a man would only jump in to cause more discussion. |

Which is exactly why we need to leave Mr.T out. This is complicated enough as it is.
