Lookin for a lil help

me and swim will be workin on a lil project.. hoping to include all the folks here at ZV in it

i'ma be animating it in flash, and swim will be doing the story..
basically, we don't have everythng planned yet, but it's gonna be set during a world war involving humans, bots etc

think megaman zero style, but global.. i know im being very vague right now, but basically we just need a lil help from anyone willing to help do story/animation and someone who can do some nice GFX effects

anyways.. questions will be answered tommorrow

sorry. my fault. my laptop broke the day after i posted this.. and i've been kinda busy with exams since (still an busy with them lol) but yeah, def want that help.. erm.. lemme set up a 3rd msn account (for ZV people etc) and we can get talking man

soo yeah.. once i get to talk to swim a lil.. we're gonna work out story etc etc.
basically for now, for anyone interested. we will be taking characters soon. However, please note
1. your character can (and probably will) be killed at any time
2. god modded characters will be allowed..ONLY IF THEY ARE INTERESTING.. i swear.. anyone who comes with anything dull like invincibility will get e-kicked
3. i dont care what powers you wanna have.. as long as theres a good story
4. updates may take a while
5. there isnt really a 5.. but yeah.. any questions welcome.. i prefer answering questions than giving you info that i think you want..

It'd be cool if you put me in this. I don't have any sprites of my character, but there's a drawing of him in my art thread. It's the last one in the first post. He's basically a Blue Mage and can copy his opponents abilities. His eye's are designed to quickly analyze and copy everything his enemy is doing. The limbs with the tattoo-ish things on them are the ones capable of performing the copied moves. He can also channel elemental abilities through his sword. I guess that's about it... His name is Cobalt, by the way. Just in case you can't read it in the picture.

kk.. i'll see what we can do, thanks for the early interest. we're still in the planning stages, but more characters gives us more to work with and more direction

hmmm.. animations a bit choppy and stuff, and u picked some kinda low quality sprites, but its cool, it takes time to get really good. i'm not amazing myself. but i wasnt gonna work with sprites, i was gonna do anime-esque drawing.. however now that my mouse is busted... sprites might be easier for now... PM me and ill talk to ya about it

As far as the choppyness goes, yeah some of that may be due to I only animated it at 15fps (I'm currently animating all newer stuff at atleast 20fps.) The other reason was I was still learning as I was animating.

But I dunno how well I can draw in flash... (I've never tried it, so I'll have to give it a shot and see what happens.)
