I know, but i need to know or discover the true theory....

Willy created Zero. Is that true? Of course it is, but than where was willy after the creation of Zero and after the classic's megaman awaken 100 years later and modified to be megaman x? Is he still aside creating Sigma? Or assisting Sigma?
