Hello everyone, allow me to introduce BattleBob 4.0 to you all! Many of you already know what BattleBob is, but for those who aren't familiar with it, it's a game we have in our chat room that makes use of a chat bot to allow players to battle each other. If you've never done it before, pop into the chat and type "`battlebob" to give it a try! BattleBob has been an ever developing thing for nearly 4 years now (YOWZA!) and this fourth version probably contains some of the most signifigant changes of any others. BattleBob 4.0 introduces a vast plethora of new features, as well as for the first time ever a Single Player mode, so now you don't have to spend all kinds of time trying to find an opponent when you want to BattleBob in the wee hours of the morning or late hours of the night. This thread will be documenting the change log, as well as other important information. If you haven't checked out the new version yet, please, give it a try! It'll make me happy and you'll probably have fun while you're at it! Table of Contents: ChangelogBattleBob Command Master ListSingle Player Guide and NPC Battle Code Master List

New FeaturesThe following is a list of nifty new features added to this version of BattleBob. A lot has changed, and you may find some of these features particularly useful, and others just plain cool! - Weapon Upgrades - Weapons can now upgrade in the middle of battle! By dealing damage with a weapon, it gains power, and after a certain amount of damage is done, the weapon will automatically become more powerful. Most weapons that previously upgraded with focus moves now upgrade in this manner.
- Ammunition Weapons - There are now a number of weapons that rely on "ammo" via their use numbers. These weapons typically have a large number of uses, but have stronger attacks that may drain their uses quicker. Almost always these types of weapons will have a strike allowing them to reload their weapon to increase the number of uses remaining, though this may leave you open to attack.
- Repair Strikes - In the same manner that certain strikes can restore uses to ammo based weapons by reloading, certain attacks with non-ammo-based weapons may weaken your weapons constitution and shave off multiple uses as well. Certain strikes and Assists can repair your weapons for you however, restoring uses to it.
- Status Effects - A new important battle dynamic is status effects! Many weapons, skills, assists, and summons now make use of status effects, ranging from stat boosters, berserk effects, poison and regen, and many more.
- Stat System - Speaking of stats, BattleBob now has a built in stat system! These don't effect much normally but status effects can alter your stats. The stats utilized by BattleBob are: VIT (Vitality; Max HP) STR (Strength, Weapon Damage) TEC (Technique; Skill Damage) CHA (Charisma; Assist Damage) MAG (Magic, Summon Damage) APP (Appetite; Sandwich Effect) DEF (Defense; Reduces damage received) ACC (Accuracy; Decreases likelihood of missing) EVA (Evasion; Works against your opponent's accuracy) and LUK (Luck; Critical Hit Rate.)
- Leaderboards - Finally! After update after update of promises, it's finally here! Leaderboards! Alongside them a new scoring system was developed to allow players to have individual records of their games in each mode. This allows the leaderboard to tally wins, losses and draws in each mode and construct a list of our best, worst, and most evenly matched players! Can you battle your way to the top?
- New Battle Commands - Two new commands are available during battle. `special acts as a powerful skill that you can use during battle after a long warmup time. A special attack is picked at random by default, but a signature move can be set outside of battle that will always be used as your `special. `taunt is another new command that allows the user to stall the opponent's `special warmup. But be careful, the opponent may fly into a rage if your taunt rubs them the wrong way!
- Single Player Mode - The most signifigant new feature in BattleBob 4.0 is a single player mode. Now players can select an opponent from preprogrammed battlers based on popular ZV Characters, fight them, and earn Artifacts they can use to power themselves up to fight more powerful enemies.
These are the highlights. I'll make two more posts going into more detail to make a guide for BattleBob's commands, and a simple guide to Single Player mode!

BattleBob CommandsThis is a guide for both new and veteran players alike, letting everyone know every command in BattleBob to make their gaming experience easier! (NOTE: All commands used by Bob are recognized by the " ` " symbol preceding them. This symbol is a grave (the key up near ESC and 1) NOT an apostrophe, a common beginner mistake.) Outside of Battle CommandsHere is a list of setup commands and useful display commands for BattleBob that can be used outside of battle: - `battlebob - Initiates BattleBob. Simply call it when you're ready for battle. If there is a saved battle session, either `resume (to restart the saved battle) or `cancel (to delete the battle session) must be called.
- `mode - Sets the gameplay mode in BattleBob. Currently there are 3 Modes: Standard (2 Player Versus), Double (4 Player 2v2 Team Battles), and Single (1 Player Battles against a computer player.) EXAMPLE: `mode Single
- `ruleset - Sets the rules for battles in Standard and Double modes. Currently there are 5 Rulesets: Standard (Default Rules without modifications), Armed (All players start battle with a random weapon), WeaponCentric (Forces players to fight with weapons), Signature (Players start battle with a preset Signature Weapon), and PokeBattle (Players start battle with Pokeballs and can only do battle with Pokemon.) EXAMPLE: `ruleset Armed
- `hp - Sets the starting HP for all players in Standard and Double modes. HP can be set anywhere from 50 to 500 to customize the BattleBob experience. However, only a staff member can modify this stat, to keep long battles from disrupting the chat on busy days. By default, the HP is set to 100. EXAMPLE: `hp 200
- `resume - In the event that a battle was incompleted and stopped by a pause or by Bob somehow disconnecting, `resume can be used to restart the battle from where it left off.
- `cancel - When used outside of battle, any saved battle sessions will be deleted to make room for a new fight.
- `unpause - Works identical to `resume. An alternate command that may be easier to remember.
- `sigwep - Sets the player's Signature Weapon, primarily for use in the "Signature" ruleset. Weapons must be selected based on the weapon's ID, which is typically the name of the weapon in all lowercase without spaces or pronouns, but there are a few exceptions. The weapon list in BattleBob is constantly changing so please seek help in determining a weapon's ID if you are not sure. Weapons with a threat level over 5 are banned from being set as a Signature Weapon. EXAMPLE: `sigwep bustersword
- `threat - A debug command used to check the threat level of a weapon in BattleBob, useful for determining whether a weapon is legal to be assigned as a Signature Weapon. Weapon threat is calculated with a complex algorithm taking into account the number of strikes on a weapon, the damage ranges and effects of each strike, what it can do when focused, accuracy, critical hit rate, the weapon type, and more. Threat is calculated on a scale from 1 to 10. Weapons must be selected based on the weapon's ID, which is typically the name of the weapon in all lowercase without spaces or pronouns, but there are a few exceptions. The weapon list in BattleBob is constantly changing so please seek help in determining a weapon's ID if you are not sure. EXAMPLE: `threat soulreaver
- `sigmove - Sets the player's Signature Move from the list of Special Attacks in the `special command. If a Signature Move is set, the player will always use that move when using the `special command in battle. Specials must be selected based on the special's ID, which is typically the name of the special in all lowercase without spaces or pronouns, but there are a few exceptions. The special list in BattleBob is constantly changing so please seek help in determining a special's ID if you are not sure. EXAMPLE: `sigmove specialbeamcannon
- `gender - Sets the player's Gender in their BattleBob profile. Doing so will affect what pronouns Bob uses to describe your actions during battle. (Setting "Male" will use he/his/him, setting "Female" will use she/her/her, otherwise BattleBob will use they/their/them. You can use "Unset" to remove your gender.) EXAMPLE: `gender male
- `scorecard - Shows the player's score card, displaying all of their win/loss/draw statistics for the end of battle. A name can be specified to check the score card of a specific player. EXAMPLE 1: `scorecard EXAMPLE 2: `scorecard nightmare
- `records - Works identical to `scorecard. An alternate command that may be easier to remember.
- `artifact - Displays the player's bag of Artifacts from Single Player Mode if they have any. Useful to see the effects of newly acquired artifacts.
- `leaderboard - Displays the leaderboard. When the command is given with no extra parameters it will display the Total Wins leaderboard. You can give extra parameters after the command to look at specific leaderboards for specific modes(The modes are Standard, Double, Single, or Total, which displays the cumulative of all three modes. The types of leaderboards are Wins, Losses, and Draws). EXAMPLE 1: `leaderboard EXAMPLE 2: `leaderboard double EXAMPLE 3: `leaderboard single losses
Login Phase CommandsHere is a list of setup commands that can be used after battle mode has been initialized but before the fight has begun: - `login - Logs the player into BattleBob. Once all players (1 in Single Mode, 2 in Standard Mode, or 4 in Double Mode) have been logged in, the next phase will begin. In Double Mode, players are able to choose which position they wish to log into by putting a number after the command (This can be useful because in Double Mode, Player 1 and Player 2 are a team, and Player 3 and Player 4 are a team.) EXAMPLE 1: `login EXAMPLE 2: `login 3
- `logout - Logs the player out of BattleBob. If the player decides not to play (or logs into the wrong position in Double Mode) they can log out. `logout can be used at any time before the 5 second battle timer is over.
- `cancel - When used during the login pase, the battle is called off and battle mode is cancelled.
Doing so will effect what pronouns Bob uses to describe your actions during battle. (Setting "Male" will use he/his/him, setting "Female" will use she/her/her, otherwise BattleBob will use they/their/them. You can use "Unset" to remove your gender.) EXAMPLE: `gender male
Battle CommandsHere is a list of commands that can be used in battle with your opponent(s): - `commands - Displays the list of battle commands (everything shown below) with short summaries of what they do. Very useful for beginning players. `commands can be used even if it is not the player's turn in battle.
- `attack - Attacks with the player's equipped weapon. If no weapon is equipped, the player attacks with their bare hands for (usually) minimal damage. Increases in Strength can amplify damage. Performs a unique action when focused. During Double Mode, add an enemy player's name after the command to target them specifically, otherwise the player automatically targets the enemy with the most HP. On Critical Hit, damage dealt is doubled rather than the usual boost.
- `weapon - Replaces the player's weapon with a new one at random. When focused, the player will grab a new weapon and attack with it automatically (however, the attack will not be a focused strike.) Weapons alter the player's focus animation, as well as their accuracy and critical hit rate. During Double Mode, a player can target their teammate by placing their name after the command to arm them with their own weapon, rendering them barehanded. When focused in Double Mode, if the player targets their teammate, they will give their teammate their own weapon, and then grab a new one for themselves in the same move.
- `focus - Allows the player to spend a turn gathering energy. The player's focus animation is determined by their equipped weapon, but their weapon will not alter the effects of `focus on any command other than `attack. Focusing almost universally increases damage, accuracy, and critical hit rates of the next command used, though at the risk of telegraphing their next move. If `focus is used two turns in a row however, the command will fail and cancel the player's focus, wasting the turn.
- `defend - Recover a small amount of health and cut damage taken on the next turn in half. The longer a player goes without using `defend, the more health they recover when they use it (recovery caps at 5 HP.) In the same way other commands may receive a critical hit, there is a chance when defending the player will receive a critical guard, nullifying 100% of the damage dealt to them. When focused, damage is cut by 1/4 instead, and the chance for a critical guard is elevated. Beware when guarding; some weapons or skills may possess guard-crushing strikes that when hitting a defending opponent will not only pierce their guard but multiply damage dealt by 1.5x. Certain weapons may alter the animation for `defend in some way but the effects of the command stay the same.
- `skill - Deals a guaranteed damaging hit to the opponent. Increases in Technique can amplify damage. Skills are chosen at random, but the skill pool can be effected by what type of weapon the player is wielding (i.e swords will use blade-oriented skills, guns will use gun oriented skills, etc.) The skill command must recharge after powerful skills, the more powerful the skill, the longer the cooldown. When focused, skills deal more damage and are more likely to receive a critical hit. By default, `skill cannot miss, but if the opponent's evasion is raised or the player's accuracy is decreased, it may be possible to miss. In Double Mode, add an enemy player's name after the command to target them specifically, otherwise the player automatically targets the enemy with the most HP. In Double Mode, add your teammate's name after the command to use a support skill on them.
- `assist - Calls an assist character to the aid of the player. Increases in Charisma can amplify damage. Assist characters may attack the opponent, heal the player, or give the player a new weapon, and many more, though the action is chosen at random so it is advised to use with caution when wielding a powerful weapon. When focused, assists deal more damage and are more likely to receive a critical hit. The assist command must recharge for 1 turn after use and cannot be used twice in a row. By default, `assist cannot miss, but if the opponent's evasion is raised or if the player's charisma falls too low, it may be possible to miss (the player's accuracy is not taken into account when using `assist). In Double Mode, add an enemy player's name after the command to target them specifically, otherwise the assist character automatically targets the enemy with the most HP (or the player in the event of a heal or weapon granting.)
- `summon - Expend 5 HP to call a powerful summon into battle. Increases in Magic can amplify damage. The `summon command cannot be used if the player has less than 5 HP remaining. When focused however, summon damage is increased, the chance of receiving a critical hit is increased, and the 5 HP penalty is waived, allowing the player to use the command even with less than 5 HP. The summon command must recharge for 1 turn after use and cannot be used twice in a row. By default, `summon cannot miss, but if the opponent's evasion is raised it may be possible to miss (the player's accuracy is not taken into account when using `summon.) In Double Mode, add an enemy player's name after the command to target them specifically, otherwise the summon automatically targets the enemy with the most HP. Summons are dangerous though, and on many occasions may attack all players indiscriminately, which can result in the death of the summoner. If all players are defeated by the hands of a summon, the fight will result in a draw. Use with caution.
- `rift - Discards the player's weapon into a reality rift, calling help from beyond the boundaries of the void. When using the Rift command, the player loses their equipped weapon. The Rift command cannot be used if the player does not have a weapon equipped. When focused, help called from the rift deals more damage and are more likely to receive a critical hit. By default, `rift cannot miss, but if the opponent's evasion is raised, it may be possible to miss (player accuracy is not taken into account when using `rift.) In Double Mode, add an enemy player's name after the command to target them specifically, otherwise the rift automatically targets the enemy with the most HP. The higher the threat level on the weapon sacrificed to the rift, the most likely the player is to summon powerful help, but not all powerful summons are helpful; summons from the rift on many occasions may attack all players indiscriminately, which can result in the death of the player. If all players are defeated by the hands of a summon, the fight will result in a draw. Use with caution.
- `sandwich - Grants players a chance to heal themselves. Increases in Appetite can amplify damage/healing. Bob has three fridges he may draw a sandwich from; the crusty old fridge, the unremarkable fridge, and the magnificent fridge. The longer the player waits, the better the fridge will be when the command is called. It should be noted that many items from the crusty old fridge and a small number from the unremarkable fridge may damage the player when eaten, so it's advised to exercise patience when using `sandwich. When focused, the effects of the sandwich removed from the fridge increases (whether they be good or bad), and the chance of receiving a critical hit/critical heal is increased. By default, `sandwich cannot miss, but if the player's appetite stat is decreased, the command may be rendered unusable. In Double Mode, add your teammate's name after the command to use your sandwich on them in a pinch. It should be noted that the player can receive a hint as to what fridge they'll get by checking the `stats command.
- `taunt - Performs some sort of mocking or threatening action toward the opponent. Taunting does no damage and generally has no clear effect, but behind the scenes taunting will stall the progress of your opponent's `special warm up by two turns. When focused, the opponent's `special warm up is stalled by three turns instead. `taunt cannot miss under any circumstances. Beware, sometimes taunting the opponent may anger them and send them into a blind rage, causing them to attack uncontrollably for several turns. This can be dangerous, but may be used to one's advantage if the opponent is wielding a weak weapon. Use with caution.
- `special - Deals a guaranteed devastating hit to the opponent. Increases in Technique can amplify dmage. Specials are by default chosen at random, but outside of battle the player may set a signature move with the `sigmove command, after which that skill will always be used at the player's `special in battle. The special command warm up for many turns before it becomes available, and after use must recharge for the same amount of time. When focused, specials deal more damage and are more likely to receive a critical hit. `special cannot miss under any circumstances. In Double Mode, add an enemy player's name after the command to target them specifically, otherwise the player automatically targets the enemy with the most HP. Be aware, an opponent taunting will stall the `special command for 2-3 turns.
- `pass - Skips the player's turn. Passing has no other effects.
- `flee - The player flees from battle. In Standard Mode, battle is ended instantly and the fleeing player is counted as having lost the match. In Double Mode, the fleeing player is counted as having been defeated, and if their team mate is also defeated or flees, the enemy team is counted as the winners. In Single Mode, battle is ended instantly, but a fleeing opponent drops no Artifacts, even though it counts as the player having won the match.
- `stats - Displays a list of useful battle information to the player, such as status effects, command cooldowns, equipped weapons, a hint to their sandwich quality, among other information. `stats can be used even if it is not the player's turn in battle. In Double Mode, the player is also shown the same information for their teammate.
- `suspend - Suspends the current battle and saves the session. Players may restart the battle by using `resume or `unpause. Others are able to delete the current saved battle session with the `cancel command however, so use with caution.
- `pause - Works identical to `suspend. An alternate command that may be easier to remember.
- `cancel - This command is only usable in the middle of battle by Staff Members. Doing so triggers a force shut down of a battle, losing all progress made in the match. This command should only be used in extreme circumstances as it is very rude otherwise.
Single Player CommandsHere is a small list of simple commands used in Single Mode's interface: - `yes - Confirmation. Typically used to confirm a user choice or in response to a question asked by Bob.
- `no - Cancellation. Typically used to back out of a user choice or in response to a question asked by Bob.
- `battle - Used in the selection of an NPC Battler. The NPC's Battle Code must be included after the command, otherwise Bob will pick a random NPC for the player to battle (the selection can be denied and the player may try again, however.) NPC Battle Codes can be found in this thread below. EXAMPLE: `battle cyberbloodline
- `artifact - Used in the selection of Artifacts before battle. If the player has collected any Artifacts in their bag, Bob will ask if the player wants to use one before battle. If the player says yes, they will be prompted to select an Artifact with this command, including the slot number in the bag to select the Artifact. EXAMPLE: `artifact 4
- `keep - Used in the acquisition of Artifacts. If the player's bag is full of Artifacts and the opponent they were battling drops one, they will be asked whether to keep or discard the new Artifact. If the player uses this command to keep it, they will then be prompted to select an Artifact they would like to discard.
- `discard - Used in the acquisition of Artifacts. If the player's bag is full of Artifacts and the opponent they were battling drops one, they will be asked whether to keep or discard the new Artifact. If the player used this command to discard the new Artifact, the Artifact is thrown away and the player will keep all of the Artifacts in their bag. If the player decides to keep the new Artifact however, they will have to use this command to select an Artifact from their bag to discard by including the Artifact's slot number after this command. If the player changes their mind and wants to discard the new Artifact after all, they may still do so by adding a 0 (zero) after the command. EXAMPLE: `discard 7

Single Player ModeHere I'm going to give an overview of Single Player Mode. It's a completely new play mode that may revolutionize the way BattleBob is perceived and played by the ZV General Public. As expected, there's many new features exclusive to this mode, and lots of information that needs to be known. Single Player SetupFor the sake of our beginners, all commands used by Bob are recognized by the " ` " symbol preceding them. This symbol is a grave (the key up near ESC and 1) NOT an apostrophe, a common beginner mistake. First and foremost, you'll need to set BattleBob into Single Player Mode if it's not already set. BattleBob has three modes; Standard (2 Player Versus), Double (4 Player Team Battles), and Single (Single Player Mode.) You can use the command `mode single to set Single Player Mode. Once Single Player Mode is set, initialize BattleBob with the `battlebob command. Feel free to `login at this point. You'll then be prompted to select an opponent to battle. These opponents will be referred to as NPC Battlers. To select an opponent for Single Player Mode, you'll need the Battle Code for the opponent you want to fight. Generally, NPC Battlers' Battle Codes are just their names all lower case without spaces, but this may not be the case 100% of the time. You can find a list of all NPC Battlers in BattleBob below, including useful information on them and their Battle Codes. Once you've decided who to fight and have looked up their Battle Code, you will then select the opponent with `battle [BattleCode] (where [BattleCode] is the NPC Battle Code.) Bob will then ask you to confirm your choice, which you will do so with either `yes or `no. After you've selected your opponent, Bob may prompt you to select an Artifact if you so wish. Artifacts are items you can earn and use in Single Player Mode that may give you an edge in battle. If you do not have any Artifacts, Bob will skip this prompt and start the battle. Artifacts will be covered in more detail below. And there you go, now you're fighting in Single Player Mode! You may find that NPC Battlers can be just as difficult to fight (if not more so!) than human battlers, so don't underestimate them! ArtifactsArtifacts are items that can be obtained and used in battle. They're a feature that are at this time exclusive to Single Player Mode, and for now they are only received as drops for defeating NPC Battlers. Artifacts may have any number of useful effects. Most commonly, they will either alter your stats, grant you a weapon to wield at the start of battle, or inflict a status on you at the start of battle. There are many Artifacts to be found, so have fun collecting and experimenting with them! As of right now, the only way to obtain an Artifact is to battle NPC Battlers in Single Player Mode. If you defeat them, there's a rare chance they may drop an Artifact of some kind. When starting a Single Player battle, Bob will ask you if you would like to equip an Artifact, and if so which one (assuming you have any.) After confirming that you would like to use an Artifact, Bob will show you the contents of your bag, and you will have to select an Artifact to use in battle with `artifact [ArtifactSlotNumber] (where [ArtifactSlotNumber] is the number to the left of the Artifact in the display.) It's worth noting though that certain Artifacts can only be used once, and then they disappear. Consumable Artifacts are denoted by a quantity sign to the right of them in the Artifact display. Consumable Artifacts can typically stack together in a single slot in your bag, but the amount you can carry at once varies depending on the Artifact. Save consumable Artifacts to help you defeat tough opponents and try to earn their rare Artifacts! Players can only hold 10 unique Artifacts in their bag at once, and if they pick up a new Artifact and have no room to put it, they will be prompted to decide whether or not to keep the new Artifact, and if they would like to keep it, they will have to discard one of the Artifacts they are currently holding in their bag. If a consumable Artifact is selected to be discarded all of the held Artifacts of that type will be discarded, regardless of the quantity the player is carrying. Outside of battle, players may at any time peek into their bag and look at their Artifacts by using the `artifact command. NPC BattlersThis useful table will be used for keeping track of NPC Battlers and their Battle Codes. Other useful information may be found here. As the NPC Database expands (and it will expand) more information will be added here. - Alder Menitek
Battle Code: alder "Alder is the quirky founder of the research and development company Menitek Labs. Whenever he's not working on crazy inventions, he's eating a ham sandwich (though the two things aren't mutually exclusive.) His Tekfire is a gun that can shoot burning shots, and his Tekfrost is a hammer that can freeze his opponents." - Alice Hunnet
Battle Code: alice "Alice is a beloved member of the Central City Hunters Guild. While cute, bubbly, and ditsy on the outside, Alice is actually a certified engineer and serves as Commander Edge Densetsu's assistant." - Hanna Corona
Battle Code: corona "Hanna Corona is the Commander of the East City Hunters Guild. She's a stern and difficult to work with boss, but a brilliant military tactician and skilled fighter. Corona has two pairs of brass knuckles that can deploy energy blades, making them take on the appearance of trench knives." - Cyber Bloodline
Battle Code: cyber "Cyber Bloodline is best known as being Xero Bloodline's laid back older brother. Cyber is an incredibly skilled warrior, excelling at fast-paced combat. His Piercer Force attack can break guards, so defensive options should be utilized with caution." - Eira Elduris
Battle Code: eira "Eira is Enshou's little sister who specializes in ice magic. She fights using small crystals made from her own energy that she can utilize her magic with. Many of Eira's attacks can freeze her opponents, leaving them vulnerable for many turns, so keeping the pressure on her is essential to overcoming her." - Neoforte Kazemaru
Battle Code: neoforte "Neoforte is a well known face in the world of Zero Virus as Nightmare's bodyguard and friend. Neoforte doesn't use weapons, but his bare hands are more than dangerous enough to be deadly weapons themselves. Neoforte's special attack is particularly devestating, so be wary when your special is available." - Shory Ureppa
Battle Code: shory "Shory is an Investigator for the Starlinian Army and a former member of the super soldier program known as the Magus Project. Shory's Nanotech Gauntlet bolsters his skill damage, and his Samara Suit not only further boosts his skill damage but also increases his defense. Knowing what weapon Shory is armed with will help plan a strategy for defeating him." - Trias Albaine
Battle Code: trias "Trias is the Ceannfort of Emperor Corzak's army. Trias has a bit of a reputation for being a huge hardass, but he's actually kind of fun once you get to know him. Trias is very aggressive in battle, and his Silverpane daggers are designed to shatter and throw shrapnel into opponents when they're blocked, so caution is advised." - Elie Albaine
Battle Code: elie "Elie is Trias' adopted daughter. Trained at a young age to fight, Elie is skilled in combat, preferring to use over the top wrestling moves to take down her opponents. Elie is endowed with super strength, giving some serious bite to her blows. Most of Elie's weapons are powerful, but they can't withstand her great strength, it's best to take advantage once her weapons break." - Servile Feruccio
Battle Code: feruccio "Servile Feruccio is the right hand of Commander Corona in the East City Hunters Guild. A shrewd and snooty fellow, Feruccio is somewhat of a paper tiger, folding under pressure when his bluff is called. Though a bit of a slime ball, he's very obedient, winning him Corona's favor." - Lavinia Mochrie
Battle Code: lavi "Lavi is an orphan child who has had a pretty rough life. Covered head to toe in scars and bandages, she set out to become strong after her village was burned down for a second time and her adoptive grandmother, Muriel, died. Lavi is quite weak, but her friends are strong, and Lavi has a touch of kleptomania. Relying on strong weapons is ill advised." - Rita Arns
Battle Code: rita "Rita is a member of the Hunters Guild and is as skilled with magic as she is her sword. Rita's elemental skills are a force to be reckoned with, and her ability to summon magical forces to both heal her and buff her stats can make her a dangerous foe." - Kiarra Silverfang
Battle Code: silver "Kiarra Silverfang (known better by her nickname "Silver") is one of the last ties to a bloodline of powerful, silver-colored dragons. Being half dragon, Silver is able to shift between a humanoid and draconic form at will. Silver is a thunder dragon, meaning that instead of breathing fire, she can discharge electricity from her body." - Starkill
Battle Code: starkill "Starkill is a ruthless bounty hunter that once tried to claim fame, fortune, and glory by bringing in the infamous Bloody Nightmare. Starkill utilizes numerous weapons at all times and cannot be disarmed, making it difficult to deal with him. He possesses a wide array of grenades that can inflict various harmful effects." - Vainstar
Battle Code: vainstar "Vainstar is a cyberkinetic, having the ability to access the cyber dimension and summon objects and beings from it. Rather than fight with traditional weapons, Vainstar calls on his cyber powers to batter his opponents, so disarming strikes will not work on him."

Hello everyone! I'd like to announce a new BattleBob update!
We're now on BattleBob 4.1! This new version of BattleBob doesn't have many noticeable changes on the surface, as most of them are behind the scenes, but we do have new NPCs for single player mode! The NPC AI has been reworked from the ground up, making them all smarter and their code more efficient, so good luck beating them!
The new batch of NPCs are as follows: Elie, Feruccio, Lavi, Rita, Silver, Starkill, and Vainstar.
I hope you have fun fighting them. You can find their battle codes along with the original 8 battlers in the list up above. Stay tuned, because in an update releasing in the near future, we'll have lots of new Single Player features, as well as another batch of NPC battlers!
Enjoy!
