This is a tricky one fellas! As I'm sure you're aware by now, we're going to be doing a Dynasty Warriors 8 Empires stream for ZV's 16th anniversary! And this stream will have a particularly ZV theme about it, as it will be a custom campaign featuring over 300 ZV create a characters!
The object of the game: Either as a free officer or a vagabond unit, rise to power and start your own rebelling country in the war-torn feudal China! Over the course of years, make allies, strengthen your empire, expand your borders, become sworn brothers, find love, start a family, and ultimately conquer all of China and leave behind a dynasty that would rule for generations!
As you can imagine, there's a lot to it, and with over 300 ZV characters in the game, it's hard to decide who to focus on as the player character (that is, who would become the ruler of this new empire!) After discussing it in the chat, here's a sizable list of ideas. Below I'm going to briefly describe what each of these campaigns would entail:
Whew. That's a lot. Well, the choice isn't going to be easy, but give these all a quick read over and pick 5! The choices that perform the best will go to a final poll in the next week, which will decide which campaign is played on stream during the 16th Anniversary festivities!

- ZV Staff Conquers China: The ZV Staff seek to take over China. This would consist of a Vagabond Unit lead by either Xero Bloodline or Bossman and containing Nightmare, Tony, Ztrl, Supremus, Majeh, and Renegade as officers all raising their banners in rebellion to start their own kingdom and conquer those of their neighbors.
- Xero and Nightmare Conquer China: Xero Bloodline and Nightmare, fed up with the world's crap, decide to take it over and rule it themselves. A Vagabond Unit consisting of just Xero Bloodline and Nightmare, with one of them as the ruler, set out to make new allies and start their conquest of the world.
- Nightmare, Neoforte, and Spex Conquer China: NightmareMMZero Comics come to life as a Vagabond Unit lead by Nightmare sets out with his trusty bodyguard Neoforte and his trouble-making pal Spex with their eyes on the prize: All of China!
- Tony(con)quest: The Tonyquest crew set their sights a little bit higher than just D&D at Tony's house. A Vagabond Unit lead by Tony takes his pals from across the country Nightmare, Ztrl, Aerith, Supremus, and Sorrum to take China by storm. Dicks will rage, Don Joes will sneeze, Dogs will bark, and much more shenanigans. Dormammu, we've come to bargain!
- The Roadhouse Conquers China: The forgotten chapter of the Cursed Bloodlines story. A Vagabond Unit lead by Xero Bloodline and aided by Cyber Bloodline, Renegade, and Shadobane all set out to teach the world a thing or two, one Chinese territory at a time.
- Alice Conquers China: Who doesn't know and love Alice, ZV's cute, bubbly little mascot? Well what if she set out on a journey to take over the world? Follow Alice as a Free Officer who travels China, does odd jobs, makes friends, and eventually starts her own Vagabond Unit. She won't stop there though, she'll need to form her own kingdom, take over China, and most importantly, find love to seal the deal on her dynasty!
- Fanny Conquers China: Eheheh. The Evil and Insane Professor Fann will lead his own Vagabond Unit, aided by the help of his many sisters, as they begin their conquest of all of China! He'll have to make some slap-happy allies. He'll have to find a suitable wife that hopefully won't try to hex him with black magic. He'll maraud his way across all of China, slathering Salty Mayo on all who would oppose him. First le China, then le world!
- Vilex Does China: Did somebody say Buttsecks?
What sort of trouble is Vilex getting into now!? Far removed from the childish antics of setting cars on fire, Vilex has moved onto bigger and better things. Watch him evade danger, punch his enemies in the ovaries, and give all of China that good ol' Mexican-style lovin as a Free Officer out to make it in the world all on his own. - <Renegade> Purple! <Nightmare> I have an idea! We conquer China!: What are Purple and Renegade getting into now? Sexy drawings? Comic wall shenanigans? Duels to the death over Xero's bounty? How about conquering China? A Vagabond Unit lead by either Renegade or Nightmare sets out, just the two of them, to get into some shenanigans and take over all of China in the process.
- Bossman vs China: Once upon a time, Bossman sat down and forged all of ZV with nothing but his own two hands. Now's our chance to watch him, as a Free Officer cut loose in China and do the same again, but this time ZV's a kingdom. And this time, some heads will have to roll.
- Final Fantasy ZV Conquers China: The first of our ZVRP themed campaigns! A Vagabond Unit lead by Nexus would see him aided by Enshou, Supremus, Rion, Eira, Elna, Shory, Lavi, and Bennie as they set out to take over the world in the name of the FFZVRP!
- Tales of ZV Conquers China: The second of our ZVRP themed campaigns! A Vagabond Unit lead by either Noah or Sorella would see them aided by Edge, Alice, Supremus, Malec, Majeh, Cirda, Rion, and Ztrl as they set out to take over the world in the name of the ToZVRP!
- Dragon Ball ZV Conquers China: The third of our ZVRP themed campaigns! A Vagabond Unit lead by either Majeh or Silver would see them aided by Rion, Nightmare, Hyperion, Supremus, Shory, Rick, Nightshade, and Enfurnus as they set out to take over the world in the name of the DBZVRP!
- Breath of ZV Conquers China: The fourth of our ZVRP themed campaigns! A Vagabond Unit lead by Silver would see her aided by Rion, Terra, Aqua, Enfurnus, Lucas Boltin, Arne, Hien, and Etch-Flame as they set out to take over the world in the name of the BoZVRP!
- Skud and Vic's Excellent Adventure: Skud: Surfer bro, ripped stud, sex god, coolest dude. Alriik: Kinda lame elf guy. An odd couple for sure, but Skud's never been one to leave a bro behind. Watch as Skud takes Alriik under his wing, leading a Vagabond Unit with just the two of them as they party their way across China and start a dynasty that everyone will be talking about for years to come.
- Random and Rodriguez's Bogus Journey: A crazy hobo, a talking duck(?) and a LARPing old man. Get used to the idea, because they'll be your new kings before long. A Vagabond Unit lead by Random and maintained by his best buddies Rodriguez and Old Man Jeremiah set out on a heartwarming journey of self discovery (and also murder, mayhem, and conquest.)
- The Ass Pirates Conquer China: Avast! It be the Ass Pirates! Pinkbeard and his crew are sailing to our shores! A Vagabond Unit consisting of Frozt, Sevi, and LZX are on a rampage of spamming and buttsecks as they make their rainbow-colored mark on China! Arr! Beware me third peg leg!
- Sorrum's Quest For Ass: Sorrum, mild-mannered badass, and unfortunately single as hell. Vile, his trusty bestest bud is here to save the day. A Vagabond Unit with Sorrum at its helm and Vile as his wingman, the two set out and carve a bloody path through China as they seek to not only find Sorrum some ass, but also establish a Kingdom to leave to his offspring after his hard (heh) battles have been won.
