How what you reconfigure the entire plot of the Z series if you are given the chance to do so?

Mine for starters:
Ciel and Zero work together to fight the Resistance. Copy X and troops further advance onto the world of all taht is left. Halfway through the fight, the exiled Dr Weil returns, but with a kinder heart and lends Omega to fight. However, Weil as usual has hings up his sleeve. During a strategic battle, Omega turns the tables onto the two clashing sides and allows Weil to usurp power. Neo Arcadia and the Resistance flee further whil Weil strengthens his own power. Along the way, a newer human and Reploid alliance show us and offer aid to the Resistance. They fight true to their words and most areas under NA rule fall to the Resistance. Seizing a chance to gain back power, Copy X gang team up with the Resistance and rush upward to NA and try to defeat Weil and Omega. The new gang, dubbed ZV gang, depose of Copy X totally and rush up to finish off Weil. In the middle Ceil uses the theme as a chance to become the brand new ruler of the nation and watches as the ZV gang and Weil clash. As both sides are eliminated, Ciel's own troops push in and absorb power, Zero is heading for Ciel to urge her to change her mind. Weil gives a last minute upgrade adn defeat Ciel's machines. Ciel regretfully changes a new leaf and decides that NA lures much evil and has the place destroyed. The real X in Cyber Elf appears stating that he willingly disappeared due to much state corruption and the whole of society regathers to build a newer life.
Of course that means Dark Elf never existed first and that the future shows no need for ZX.
Whacky and could explode into a fanfic by my terms, but it's just a thought-of whacky idea.
