ok, I posted this beacause I want to show my drawing skill to you people, Be warned that I am a somewhat n00b at this, but I draw better than I sprite

It's a picture of SpEX's insane human form for the art contest, Ifor this one you can reveiw what you want, I'm still entering it, just want you guys to be able to review it, I draw better than this, but since I had to use a sprite as a reference it was pretty tough for me.

and the numbers on the sword, they're camera numbers...I have a servere lack of scanner-ness, so I had to use a digital camera

[11:57] Ztrl: shoulders could be just a tad wider, hand on the left looks pretty good, as for the legs, they are good in size, but the feet are in a bad pose (was he supposed to be flying?)

Yea, the shoulders are way to small, and I don;t like his face, I think it's the mouth

Thinking back I should've paid more attention to the details

Well, after a year or so, I'm back and posting new art.



So here's a sketch of Toxyn, as requested by Tony

I think a small problem is the feet, but excuse those since I'm still working with that.
And if he looks short, it's only my style at the moment, so please excuse that as well.

Oh ... I have never seen this thread before.

Wonderful sketches. This new one is particularly very interesting and tends to rise up some interest feeling there. This person is a he? I was under the impression that he's a she.

Very nice. Very wonderful. Could use more poses. And some height.

I had the same first impression as FW, that it was a girl, probably because of the way the waist curves in and how the bottom opens up like a dress. I dunno, I wouldn't have guessed that was Toxyn.

I like the style itself a lot, looks much better than the drawing of SpEX above. Shading looks really nice, the only thing I might improve is the hair, and the hands specifically near the pockets. But props, I likes it.

I actually thought the hair and face were the best part... The proportions and stuff could use some work, but it looks good.

Change the perspective on the bottom of his artcle of clothing and call it chibi. >____> I think it's really not that bad. I like the detail on the spear. >3 GO HZ!

Yes, I drew once again!

This is one of my characters I plan to use in a comic as soon as my skills are good enough.

His name is Hiroshi, obligatory japanese name I know, but it fit somehow.

C+C please.

But his proportions are outrageous.

Make the legs longer than his height from his waist to his skull.

New Picture

This how I plan to design HZ in the future, so he doesn't stay a Zero recolor forever.

I see several problems with the drawing in general but, personally, I like how it looks.

I might do minor or major changes here and there, and yes I know those bracelets are huge, but there's a reason behind that.

So what do you guys think?

I like your strong lines... It's a very clean drawing style for the most part.
