I'd have to say that is pretty conclusive.

Taken from a Global Warming Survey. Sure looks like a majority of people agree that Global Warming is a problem, huh? I point to Question 2 - that proves that everyone believes the issue of global warming and climate change is real. It's just a matter of actions that needs to be taken now. And ... where exactly did you get this survery from? An American magazine that only surveys Americans, I suppose? (Just like you insisting that global climate change is only a Democrat issue - small scope of comprehension)

You're misinterpreting the survey. They don't believe in Global Warming and Climate Change as an issue. They believe Climate Change exists. Which it does. The Earth's climate changes over time. I'm sure I've gone over this. But as you can clearly tell from every other question, they don't believe in the Global Warming "issue".
And I'm not sure if it was only taken by Americans, but from what I can tell it was only published in America. But that's not because I have a small scope of comprehension, it's because; 1. I don't care so much about what other countries think. 2. That was the only survey I could find. XD
I can say with confidence though that if an overwhelming number of Americans think it's a load of crap, then chances are most other people in other places do as well, since America is the land with the most diverse culture on the planet. We've got a little of everything, and we think it's crap, soo...

End of the world people. Ragnarök will happen in 4 years!
According to the Gylfaginning section of the Prose Edda the main events that signify the approach of Ragnarök include:
1. The birth of three beings — the offspring of Loki and the giantess Angrboda, namely Jörmungandr, Fenrir and Hel and the gods' subsequent actions to confine them.
2. The death of the god Baldr and the binding of Loki. 3. The onset of Fimbulvetr.
Ragnarök will be preceded by the Fimbulvetr or "Monstrous Winter", a period of three years of perpetual winter with no summer between. Snow will fall from all directions with great frosts and biting wind, and the sun will lend no warmth to the earth. During this time great battles will be fought throughout the world, humanity will descend further into violence and depravity, laws of kinship will be broken, and fathers, sons and brothers will rise up against one another. According to Völuspá, it will be an "axe age, a sword age, shields are cleft asunder, a storm age, a wolf age, before the world plunges headlong."

I think that's better suited for the Doomsday thread, but okay. Noted.

I think its worth noting that nobody wants to pick the second option because the way its worded makes you look like an idiot.

But nobody even thinks we need more research. It's 100% in favor of Global Warming being a load of crap.

First off, to quote that first article; "Several studies have noted a rise in Arctic temperatures over recent decades, but have not formally attributed the changes to human influence, owing to sparse observations and large natural variability. Both warming and cooling trends have been observed in Antarctica"
And to counter both articles, they never actually PROVED it has anything to do with human activity. All they said was human activity could be a possible explination for the strange behavior of the climate changing in recent years.
However, as your second article says, they were only given about 100 years of only antarctic weather data.
I dunno about you, but I'm fairly certain climate change has been taking place for more than 100 years (and in that time, has seen more drastic changes in the past than seen in these last 100 years) and temprature tends to vary in other places than the antarctic.
So sorry, once again Fan, you don't prove anything. XP

Actually they have stopped calling it global warming, it is now global climate change. They're trying to ween us off the idea of them being wrong.

[in total rant political mode] Actually they have stopped calling it global warming, it is now global climate change. They're trying to ween us off the idea of them being wrong. Of course. They're never wrong, anyone who sides with them is never wrong (even if they are). Anyway, It's earth day today. [Warning...rant] Personally, I think the idea is kinda good, but IMO with the advent of the global warming craze people have turned it into ridiculous holiday. Instead of making a change for one day and going "it's all good" and resume with wasteful activities we should instead try to make a lasting change. (gloriously deconstructed by Glen Beck one year ago)Like a substitute for paper that doesn't suck, or make a lightbulb that is safe and doesn't contain deadly neurotoxin gas, or make recycling more accessible and more efficient. Instead of making it a one day thing we should instead learn how to help leave the planet for the better instead of taking some ridiculous level where we make things worse for all of us. And most importantly then anything else, change the third world countries's green house gas output. It kinda ruins the point of what the US and Europe do if there's another country creates far more output then what we could ever conserve (healing 5 Hp doesn't help if you're losing 40 Hp. You're still losing Hp) There...I think I'm done.
