He's right Nick, you prolly will get better results if you drink it after. >.< Oh.. Well, it says before, or after, on the jug/box thing. >.>. I usually drink a glass when I wake up, and a glass at dinner/or at night, and just work out a little after that.

V that aint gonna benfit you at all basically. do it IMMEDIATELY AFTER WORKOUT, otherwise you wont get crap from it. or if you have to be stupid about it and not do it then, do it right before workout. they might tell ya that, but after is best.

I'm in good shape. I'm tall, lean, etc and I get enough exercise. I just gotta work out a little to get buff, lol. I should be on track though, I run fast as hell.

Most the tall people on track throw, usually shorter people are faster. If you could swim though, tall people are fast in the water, they've usually got better kicks, longer strokes and can win races with touch outs.

Heh, wow people are taking a likeing to this! And im glad to see it to! I know alot about weight lifting cause I started body-building aobut a year ago. Not true body-building like what arnald did, but ya know enough to get into what ever shape i want to get into. And I really like the sound of ShaunManX's 4X4 routine so im going to try that out. Annndd.. I drink some crap called muscle milk, a hour before I work out. It has alot of calories and stuff, you mix it with milk, and it taste like chocolate milk. Its suppose to make me gain a little wieght, and gives me the stuff I need for muscle growth. . *Slaps Forhead* Your supposed to drink that immediatly affer your done weight lifting. That way your muscles will be replenished with the nutients that is needed for recovery and mucel building. LoL tell me if you see a diffrence. The 4X4 routine got me from being a 6'2'' 160 pound guy to the 6'2'' 243 pound guy I am today, and I ain't fat

ive been wonderin bout this whole metabolism food/muscle thing. i mean i eat candy, junk food, crap, more artifficial crap, etc. yet somehow im 15 145lbs and beating grade elevens in arm wrestles. and i havent done a work out in a long time. (unless walking high sprung dogs counts) its weird though i mean i cant do a single sit up, yet i can put up a good arm wrestle and have a hard kick. neways i was reading the shedules you guys suggested and wondering if i should just keep goin for curls and sit ups. i really wanna focus on my abs. still i dont know whats behind that cuz i thought lifting weights that are slightly lighter but longer increases muscles so they stay longer. (like you could skip a workout for a while you know) how would that work for abs? should i do sit ups, or do those upside down things?

Key Point, you're 15 wait till your my age and your metabolism slows down, You'll get bigger, trust me.

oh, yea, slows down a lot. but u also have to remember, your body is using the food to grow right now. once u get older u use the food to get fat
i have a fast metabolisms, i never eat junk food, but i eat loads of healthy stuff. yea, ppl hate me cuz i can eat so much more than them, and im not fat.
and thanks for this thread. ive been having more protien now, and i also eat right after workouts, instead of going to bed right after, and ive noticed a difference

Me? Working out? *rolls on floor laughing* Well, I ride my bicycle for about 8 miles every day average, walk up and down the 30-foot high stairs every hour, and I do archery for about an hour every week. Also, I WTF alot. Like with this post: Ya, so are you saying your a meso morph? or are you just telling me about being one? *ahum* WTF?

There is a test you can take, someone put a link to it somewhere in the thread. It tells u what kinda of body type u are, and they have weird scientific names i guess :/

That being said, I want to try that milk crap, it sounds like it might help. Where do you get it though, I've never seen it in stores. Not that I've looked before now.
