Ok, sry, instead of posting new info i just edit my first post. anyway Swimm in the quote below are two links the first is to Body Building.com, a great site for finding suplements and work out plans. the second is a direct link to the protein powder that i use. its been voted best protein source or somthing like that. and i say it works fine. Mucle Milk is a good product to from what ive heard. and so there you go. Depending on how much mony you want to spend you can get more protein supplements now than you could anyother time. but as long as the first ingrediant of you protein powder is Whey Protein Issolate you gonna be just fine. o btw' you might want to have somthing like a blender to mix it in ....hmm what else, o depending what you mix it with also plays an important part, like if you mix it with water you dont get the added nutrition, wich is great if your trying to stay lean. However if you like me a metabolism guru then you gonna want to mix it with somthing like milk (prefuabley hole milk cause its got more fat and a bit more protein). Just drinking the stuff wont do you much good. you gotta work hard for all that protein to be used up. XD hope this helps.

O ya you can get in stores. Like in the mall go to GNC or Super Supplements, I think Rite Aide has it to...problem with buying it in stores is that they really rip you off with the price and stuff.

This post will get bigger and with more definition (like you if you follow this program).
As some of you know ive been testing diffent kinds of training in the quest for putting on mucle fast like the impatient American i am. And i have come to find that two kinds of training work best and i have thus fused the two methods together to create one freaking awsome method.
The first you already know (if you read the last two pages before this one) is Shaunman-X's 4X4 training. And in his own words this is what it is.
The other is called DoggCrapp. Despiite the name Doggcrapp has been providing bodybuilders and althletes alike with mucle and strength for six years. The princeple of DoggCrapp is that by being able to lift more weigh by gaining strenght that you'll gain mucle at the same time. Ill get a quote in here some other time.
So ive been training for three weeks and i am already seeing great improvments in my strength, as for mucle...i cant complain. Ill type up the program and princeples tommarrow.

U said get protien stuff with the first ingredient being whey protein. My mom bough something with soy protein...is that ok?
in other news, I beat a jock football player at arm wrestling, and ill i did was push ups, bicep cruls, and my handy testosterone. lol its cool when ur ripped and strong

Soy protien is great. Its really easy on your kidneys and provides other benifits that i dont remember =P. O and it dosnot have an estrogen inhancing thing in it as has been rummered. Did you say testosorone as in a supplement or as in just what your already makin? AND HOW DID YOU GET RIPPED WITH JUST PUSH UPS AND CURLS?

well i mean natureal testosterone. ok I'm not totally ripped, just massive improvement from when i was a kid, and its big when i flex. But like i dont eat any bad stuff, so I have no fat, and it looks really ripped cuz its all muscle, and its not fat like everyone else has
lol and i hope the soy doesnt have estrogen, I dont wanna be making babies or anything

Umm...that other program that i never finished dint work alot of problems.... The New 4X4X4 Style Training. Well 4X4X4 training is pretty simple, it's main purpose is to gain bulk. Just increase your food intake to mammoth proportions. You just do 4 exersises per body part and then 4 sets of 4 reps for each workout. Find your true one rep max and then drop the weight to the point were you hit failure after 4 reps (Failure not total falure). Rest for period of time you think is sufficiant. Use a technique called ballistic reps, meaning as fast and smoothly as you can for the positive potion of the rep, then slowly down for the negative portion. 4X4X4 training needs to be done as often as you can do it, on days where you cant try and stay active or use the opritunity for work on a six pack. The way you split up the work-outs is by picking two croisponding body parts. Examples: Chest/Back, Biceps/Triceps, Quads/Hamstings, Shoulders/Calves. (Notice how theres 4!) At the end of your workout you should feel pretty tired and stringy, if not increase the weight in small incriments. You should only do 4X4X4's till you reach your desired mass, then move on to toning up by droping the weight and stay in the 10-12 rep range. Make sure you eat lotsa protien and good carbs for it to work the best. I recomend things like pasta and chicken. Edit: Ok this is one week after using the 4X4X4 method. Well so far what it had occomplished for me is...It helped me bust out of a training rut i was going through with bicep curls. not only that but my it provides you with plenty of endurance for weights. 4X4X4 training is a great way to put on sise as i have been seeing and increase of mass in my arms and chest.

Giant Set ---------------------------------------- Crunches: Sets: 4 Reps: 15,15,25,25
---------------------------------------- Reverce Crunches: Sets: 4 Reps:12,15,20,25 ---------------------------------------------- Double Crunches: Sets 3 Reps - try to do as many as you can, then try again two more times XD ----------------------------------------------- Planks: Sets: 1 Reps: 1 - hold as long as you can, followed by lying on the floor face down resting. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
The giant set is one long set bassically, you do for sets but with no rest inbetween them. And you only do a giant set for regulat crunches.
