Changing the pace of this. I posted this elsewhere when the videos came out. So here is what I believe to be Megaman's moveset and possible gamestyle/combos/etc.
Standing Neutral A: pew pew pew lemons(You can shoot 3 at most at a time, it seems to lock down a character for long enough to get hit by the other shots)
Standing Forward A: also lemons pew pew(I only think this because you can move and shoot at the same time so he may not have a forward tilt attack)
Down A: Slide(This looks like it can be combo'd from the Standing Neutral but would had to be done fairly quick or have sweet spots. Think Ganondorf from Brawl his Forward B and then Down A)
Dash A: Spinny spinny spin spin top man(Seems sort of like Kirby's spin attack from Brawl)
Standing Up A: Uppercut(This looks fairly strong and has good knock back but it looks extremely unsafe like Luigi's Up B)
Jump Back A: Slash Claw (This seems like it will act like Metaknight's triple attack in the air, also seen in the fight video, he turns around quickly and does it)
Jump Neutral A: pew pew lemons! (I think this will be more of an interrupt attack more then anything else)
Jump Forward A: Flame Sword (From what I've seen this has incredible priority(at least over mario) and will probably be used frequently if caught in an air battle, it seems like an overall good move)
Jump Down A: Hard Knuckle (This crap spikes/meteors! It is also a ranged spike which could be used quite well in edge games, but also will leave you open for attacks if you miss this)
Jump Up A: Air Shooter (This is shown at the very end of the offscreen fight video, looks like another projectile with juggling possibilities)
Neutral B: Crash bomb (This works like the sticky bombs just like the video said, if you plan on playing keep away, this combined with Leaf Shield and Metal Blades will probably make a very annoying playstyle)
Forward B: Metal Blades (This looks like a really annoying attack and very spammable, you can throw it in to the ground and use it as an item, and shoot it. I believe if you use it as an item it will hit 3 times and if you shoot it, it will just hit once but have more knock back. As previously stated with the other ranged abilities this seems like a very annoying playstyle filled with dodging constantly to get in on Megaman. In theory you could shoot metal blades, and throw a metal blade, and use leaf shield)
Up B: Rush Coil (This looks like it works just like Sonic's Up B, amazing recovery and Rush will most likely stay on the ground for a while so you could use it there too for getaways)
Down B: Leaf Shield (I'm not sure if this will eat projectiles, or hits characters up close, could be used for rush down to keep a player in place and maybe get a smash in?)
Smash Forward: Charged Buster Shot (Seems like it comes out at a decent speed and is relatively big at biggest charge)
Smash Down: Flame Vents (This comes out quickly but has a long time where if you miss then you are probably gonna get hit for free, though the timing of hitting Megaman after it comes out might be the problem)
Smash Up: Spark (This seems sort of like Flame Vents but doesn't stay out nearly as long, it is probably a lot stronger and most likely has a sweet spot on the tips right above him, but I think Flame Vents will probably be the go to Smash for Megaman)
Forward B and Neutral B could be switched, but that is just my guess.
