Its too hexagonal. >.>
There's a bunch of pixels going vertical then diagonal then horizontal then diagonal etc to make a hexagon shape. Round it off, but then again don't round it too much, hair has is irregularities. Looks like he has helmet hair right now.
Now apply the colors from the hair onto the other white parts, the hair has better contrast.

Well I changed the hair a bit. And made a new pose. Mostly scratched legs. I just took the proportion for the feet from my K.O. standing pose.  The hands were annoying... I sort of like this bodyguard type of look. |

Ug. No, no, no. The hands, especially the left one, in fact only the left one, look bad. It looks too big, maybe a little bigger than the right hand. And it should be covered by his body more, show about half his hand.

yea, It makes it look like he is just hanging his arms forward. He should have his shoulders back., the he wouldn't look like that. Try putting ur shoulders back, then forward, and se how it looks, It's better with shoulders back

My newest sprite!   C+C please! I'm going to change the boots, I just don't know what to do to them yet. I'm also going to change the chest plate.Whilst no one was watching I made big editing. The newer one is the one on the left, so while you're here comment and say which you think is better. |

#1 is better.
The sprite itself looks pretty good, but the contrast needs fixing.
And the hair looks near perfect, by the way. =D

Yeah, and considering how fast you post, it's hard to get C+C, because by the time we give C+C, you're already in the middle of your latest update, lol.
On to the sprite. Looking good, Although I can't tell if you're trying to make the sword a beam sword or not, I learned gray isn't a good color for Beam Swords........... If it is a beam sword, make sure the outer color contrasts with the white.
